Quaint Hotel stay
This was our last stay from a 2 week trip. Close to the airport and car return. Quiet out in the country, bar service and restaurant were available which, was nice since there is nothing around.

Conveniently located by the airport, but this is not a 4-Star hotel experience. The building is beautiful, the staff is nice, but the room accommodations fall short. The room was recently renovated, but noisy--you can hear every noise in the hallway. Bed was hard, and only had a top sheet and no blanket/quilt. Sheets were hard, like hospital sheets. Only one pillow per person. AC & bathroom were fine/standard. They charge 7 euro per person each way for the shuttle to/from the airport, which is a 3 minute ride. It was an okay stay, but I felt mis-lead by the 4-star rating.

Good dinner
The hotel is older and shows a bit of wear. The bed was not as comfortable as I had expected. The front desk misled me on the arrival time of the shuttle. What was supposed to be 15-20 minutes was over 45 and I had to call a second time. The hotel was about a 5 minute drive from the airport. The bartender was not friendly. The food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent but breakfast left a lot to be desired. I would stay here again for convenience but can not raqve about the property overall for a few missed points.

My sister-in-law found this hotel. She didn't see any costs related to the shuttle services but there were. Not a great cost but it wasn't free. Shuttle was quick and convenient. Hotel is close to the airport. Check-in was easy and the room was quite acceptable, save for the heat/AC system. Changing the temperature on the thermostat didn't seem to do anything. We reverted to opening a window which increased the noise levels from outside... particularly a garbage truck or something similar at 5:30AM. My brother's room on the upper floor had the same temperature issue. Our biggest issue was that the room doors are very substantial (good thing) but they it required significant effort to close tightly. Heard a lot of doors slamming well into the night. Good free breakfast the next morning. Overall acceptable place to stay.

Super close ti airport with shuttle. Great staff
Bar food sandwich was terrible....soft, white, processed bread. Salami plate, no bread, or anything to accompany...just a lump of fresh mozzarella. No salt and pepper.

We chose this hotel for our last night in Italy. It was conveniently close to the airport. Room was excellent in all regards. We had cocktails and dinner inside and the food was great. We arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk man was very welcoming. The shuttle guy in the other hand was quite a bit rude to everyone who needed shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast was nice as well. Loved our room which was big and comfortable.

Great quiet option if you are flying out of Malpensa and need a stopover. The dinner was fabulous and brekkie opens 5am for a quick bite before early flights! Aircon not working rooms were hot staff could be a little friendlier! Shuttle service great you will be at airport in no time!!
