Nice place service wasn't that great.
We got to the hotel at around 6pm to a locked door and no way to enter the hotel since the front desk closed at 1pm, they were supposed to send us instructions for check in and never did we were sucked for over an hour outside till we got the info for getting in. The rooms were big and clean, the shower was a bit small but overall a nice place.

Very clean, simple room in a location minutes from the airport. Excellent shuttle service. Great place to stay the night before an early flight. If you are going to dine there, book ahead to get your desired time slot.

Handsome building from outside, interior rather bare and could benefit.from modernization. Booking only for dining - in my case a two and a half hour wait. However very close to T1 and inexpensive.

Villa Malpensa is a very old restored building so you need to make allowances for the age. Guisseppe at the front desk was very friendly and quickly responded to every inquiry I had ( before and during our stay). Our room was very clean, large and had a wonderful view out the front of the building. Large bathroom, a bar and a large dining area for breakfast which was very good with enough options. We were even able to enjoy sitting out by the pool to relax after our long flight. It’s a beautiful place and we’d definitely stay here again. Also the shuttle to and from the airport was fantastic and timely. We were picked up within 10 minutes of retrieving our luggage and ready to go.
