The Stradivari is across the street from a Metro stop and less than a kilometer from the main train station (minutes on the 91 bus.) There are many retaurants nearby and plenty of shopping. By Metro, the Duomo is minutes away. A multi-day metro card or city card gives full access to Metro and buses.) The staff are pleasant and efficient. Rooms are nice. with open windows, street noise is prominent; but shut the windows and it's quiet. But most of all, the breakfast--it's worth every penny. It is marvelous, varied, and a great way to begin a day of sightseeing in Milan. Be aware that the hotel entrance can be difficult to identify at first (you must be buzzed in.) Afterward, it's easy. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Stradivari.

Once you find the entrance and the right floor for the Reception Desk (on the 2nd Floor), you make your way to your room and find a comfortable place to stay. The hotel is conveniently located, has a reasonable breakfast available and nice staff.

This place was absolutely fine. Clean, provided everything we needed. Only thing was the area is a bit sketchy at night for someone new to the area. Perfectly fine during the day though. Would recommend.

Hotel Stradivari excellent
The hotel was perfect for my needs and fully met my expectations in all respects. Location was perfect for access to transport . Although located in a very busy spot noise was not an issue as the windows are triple glazed. Breakfast was continental style and excellent. For those needing a big American or British type of breakfast there are cafes within a few yards of the hotel that will meet this requirement. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful too. Full marks on all counts.

Pretty good place to stay. The building that the hotel is situated in (covering two floors) felt quite dated. The hotel lobby as well. The room however was very comfortable and I slept great (courtyard side). The breakfast wasn’t worth 7€. Also it was a bit further from the Central Station than I first estimated.
