Dear Maurizio, Thank you for your comment. We really apologize because your room was not ready at the check in. Unfortunately in the early afternoon we had to fix a water loss in the bathroom of your room. So when you checked in at 4.00 p.m. our staff was still cleaning the room. But please note that the waiting time was 15 minutes and not 1 hour. In addition, our staff offered you a welcome drink for that inconvenience and you refused it. Our minibar are at the moment equipped with mineral water only but additional drinks are available at our bar. A/C is working 7/24 at the moment. If it automatically turns off is because it detects a low temperature. We believe that the instructions and notices in the rooms and in the elevators might help our customers rather than scary them. We hope to have the chane to welcoming you again.
