We stayed one night. The location is just around the train station, close to metro and bus stops. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is modern, I'd say more German than our other Italian hotels. Will definetely stay at this hotel during our next visit.

The property is close to the train station so perfect for seeing all of Milan without issue. The hotel was as described and very helpful on finding restaurants and things to do. It’s a good deal for all the conveniences.

A very low budget kinda hotel, id suggest paying an extra 20 or so euro and getting something better. The room i stayed in was very small and the beds are super hard. The service was great, the front desk staff are very helpful and super friendly. The room i stayed in was just super dated and needs alot of love. The free mini bar was a great inclusion and its super close to the central train station of Milan, however its a 30 min walk to the main part of town.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Hotel Berna . The staff were really welcoming . Fantastic buffet breakfast . So easy to get around the City from the Hotel . 10 out of 10 .

Nice hotel wonderful breakfast great bed room has a safe and fridge good closet space a little small but very fancy and clean the shower is snug and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed they turn the heat off at night then back on in the morning I was told by the front desk I would have to take it up with the manager in the morning but I didn’t bother so it got a little cool for my taste at night 10 mins walk to metro and central train / bus station the breakfast staff was exceptional

The hotel was perfect for my needs. One night stay because of Italian train strike. It was bery close to Milan central station. L it was clean, the staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Bed was a little too hard for my liking, but that is down to me.

The property is about 150 metres from the piazza in front of Milano Centrale. Brilliant location if travelling by train. It is a little dated but in excellent condition and very clean. The staff are very helpful. Cons: Our room was very small. The wi-fi was so weak, it was useless. There was significant noise coming from other rooms despite the hotel’s claims of “soundproof rooms”.
