This is the worst travel experience I have ever had. I booked a modern designer studio apartment with a kitchen, work space and balcony. What I got was a tiny room, no kitchen, uncomfortable furniture and a window that was hard to open.
Worse still, it took 5 hours to get there ftom Milan airport because the directions were all wrong, ** the hotel staff did not pick up the phone for most of that time ** and then a cab driver took me to a scary place with the same name as this hotel apparently.
Expedia needs to do something about this asap as I would not want to see anyone go through a similar ordeal only to be ripped off in the end.
