The Hotel is lovely and so close to malpensa airport which the hotel provides a shuttle too at a small cost. Only downside is it is not close to the centre of Milan and it takes a 45 minute train from malpensa airport to the centre. But that didn’t spoil the stay. Another thing is the room I found on Expedia didn’t look anything like the room we was given. The room was clean and nice so didn’t complain but was much smaller than expected. Staff were all very helpful and would stay again!

Some staffs were friendly and others were nothing to write home about. The lady at the dinner bistro is a credit to the hotel. We asked for a shuttle bus and the driver took us to the wrong bus stop .. not T1 exit 10 as they normally advise they pickup from. We spent over an hour looking for where to go and catch our bus and later got to town late which eventually led to us not doing what we wanted to do again. On coming back from town to T1, i rang the hotel and asked to be picked up confirming 3 adults and 2 children and also confirmed our location. We were lied to that they'd come out twice and we were nowhere to be found and that the driver would come out the third time. Well, there was traffic due to road works when we were picked up. I asked for iron so i could iron my children's clothing and i was asked to come back at 8am in the morning when my flight was at 7am. NO iron was given. My children couldn't swim as it is the main reason why i booked the hotel - their excuse was that it is winter. The kids swim all year round in the UK. So,why was this not in their policy to inform potential customers? The worst experience - this morning, one man was shouting at myself and my mum all because my parent wanted to follow children and I to the airport to go back to the UK. This man genuinely ruined my whole day and confirmed my suspicion about how they care and treat customers who have a different skin colour to them. Would i book this hotel in future? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Great Way to Start Trip to Italy.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They all spoke English which was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Although close to the airport, it was a cool little area to walk around and find bar and restaurants Also had wonderful breakfast which is included with your room.

Very convenient to Malpensa airport and hotel provides a shuttle bus for 5 euros each way. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable with food available at own Bistro at reasonable prices. Staff were professional and courteous. Room price also reasonable. Perfect for an overnight stop with a flight next morning and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was close to Terminal 2 with a good, quick ( 5 mins) shuttle serving both terminals at a reasonable price - just phone on arrival and it will pick you up outside departures; shuttle clearly identifies the hotel. Hotel was modern with comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great hotel.
On arrival, greeted with friendly, efficient service. As it was early morning, we had a few hours sleep then had a lovely breakfast downstairs, before setting off to Milan to see the sights. Our trip was planned to perfection by Alessandro, and the same again the day after to visit the beautiful Lake Como. Nothing was too much trouble for this guy, and helped us tremendously with advice concerning where to go and travelling on trains etc. Overall, we had a great 3 day city break. Thanks Alessandro and Cardano hotel.
