Bathroom shower dirty, they should clean it better. Staff not that friendly, but overall if you want to stay few nights it this has the perfect location.

Dirty and uncomfortable!
Horrible experience. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and the couch was filthy. I wouldn’t let anyone sit on it let alone sleep there without a sheet or cover. Couch was most definitely NOT a pull out bed as advertised and I got the room that was for enemies it seemed. Room C! If you get assigned that room, cut your losses and find another place!! If I had arrived earlier I definitely would have.

Fantastic location within 5 minutes of the Duomo and 3 minutes from the Missouri station. Property itself is very old, not well lit inside, the hot water is not really hot, the toilet flush doesn't work well, the TV doesn't work

not even hot water, no water pressure, mosquitoes everywhere, sink leaks, freezing, no proper bed sheets, the whole place creeks like it’s gonna fall apart, dust and paint particles everywhere, really looks like super old and run down. Heating did not work and waa freezing. Internet not working. Terrible experience and nobody to speak to. Online messages ignored.

Brilliant place
The apartment was amazing, very clean and quiet, with towels, kettle, glassed and the wine opener:) the lift was also available, and it is very close to the cathedral and loads of local shops. Karim provided exceptional customer service, we will book it again when in Milan. Well recommended, thank you!

Bed bugs, a door that doesn’t close, a glass door with a light that doesn’t turn off behind it, noisy people in the other apartment all day and all night, no privacy, windows that don’t close even, rains inside, no hot water, no water pressure. Maybe don’t consider that place an apartment.

Customer support was awful and aggressive and I payed 30 euros extra just to come 3 hours early. Room was cold and informed them in advance that that it is cold but nothing changed and I felt cold and sick now. I have never seen such a service and room. Not clean towels.

Check-in went well. The shower was not clean and there was sewage smell that come out of from the bathroom, so we had to make sure to leave the toilet top closed and the bathroom door closed at all times. Also, the stairs and the elevator leading to our room smelled like urine. The light in our room, next to the door entrance, would also randomly turn on and off during the night. During the last two days of our stay, the wi-fi didn't work, which was important for us since we were working remotely. Administration called the network to resolve the issue, but couldn't get it resolved before we left. I understand that the people at the front desk can't resolve all of these issues, but the accommodation administration still needs to do major work. The only upside was that it was very close to all of the major attractions.

Terrible, mould smell, no AC. When I got there it looked like a courtyard from a horror film. I was given the room, which had no AC, inside was very humid and couldn't breath because of the mould smell. At night, I had to leave the windows open so I could get some air coming in but I did not close an eye all night, because of the noise. The second night I was offered another apartment, which had a very aged AC which made a terrible loud noise and of course I couldn't sleep at all. The mould smell was present there too and got bitten by mosquitos. Overall, the stay was terrible.

litte place right in town...
The flat was good! Just the outside was a bit confusing and no sings, toke me a good 30 minutes to find and open they door. I guess, the receptionist could had take me to my apartment but she was more interested in leave as I back there with 5 minutes and she was gone... in side of the flat was functional and clean. Good space
