This unique villa, named Villa Kulla is an exclusive private villa on 250 m2 in the perfect location in Campo Mijas.

The villa is totally renovated and with high quality facilities and furniture in Scandinavian style and surrounded by walls to protect your privacy.

It is situated in the prestigious and tranquil urbanization “Campo Mijas” , though only 2 minutes’ walk from restaurants, shops and a supermarket and a few minutes’ drive to the vibrant city of Fuengirola and the famous beach promenade. The famous white village, “Mijas Pueblo” is also very close to this villa with countless authentic restaurants and bars for any taste, shops, local attractions and of course flamenco dance shows.

The villa is in 3 levels and features:

Upper level
2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and with direct access to the terrace, 2 spacious bathrooms, a spacious and cozy living room with fireplace and a large south east facing terrace.

Middle-level
It consists of 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one of them a master bedroom with “en suite” bathroom and another large bathroom with washing machine and dryer.

Lower level
This level features a spacious living/dining room, an open and modern kitchen with all appliances and a guest toilet.

From the dining area there is direct access to the garden and pool area via ceiling to floor sliding glass doors, which can be entirely opened.

From here there is access to an evening terrace and a unique outdoor covered kitchen and living area. This place is one of our favorites, where you can just enjoy all day long.

The entire house is furnished with comfortable quality furniture. There are double beds in four of the bedrooms and the last one has two single beds, which can be put together.

For entertainment, Puerto Banús in Marbella is one of the largest entertainment centres on the Costa del Sol. If you are feeling adventurous, explore El Caminito del Rey – The King’s Path – a walkway that’s pinned along the steep walls of a gorge. Or opt for a more leisurely experience at the botanical garden near Málaga. Or maybe you prefer spending the day at one of the many exclusive golf courses nearby. The options are many and for the entire family.

Fuengirola Beach Promenade
The Paseo Marítimo promenade is one of the longest promenades in Spain. It spans 7 km along most of the town’s coastline, with the Mediterranean seascapes constantly in sight. Lined with shady palm trees and with a dedicated cycling lane in the middle.

This is a beach where the whole family can have fun. Boats and jetskis can be rented. There is even a beach football setup, complete with goalposts. Whether as player or a spectator, the football adds to the lively, family atmosphere. Volleyball is another option on this lively beach. You can also try windsurfing and sailing or try your luck at fishing. All of these amenities only 5 minutes of walk from the apartment.

Both day and night life on this promenade is a great experience with lots of fun.
