This beautiful apartment is located in the popular Alamar with walking distance to La Cala city centre and the beach. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a utilityroom, a modern kitchen, a large livingroom with a sofa-bed and a large private terrace with a couple of meters to the pool. There is a padel court available for you in Alamar for free.
Just outside the complex of alamar is Lidl and the feria market place where you can buy everything from a to z.
Free Wifi is available and secure parking. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. 
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia,  the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.

Great holiday

Very good, needed instruction re Aircon & getting in and out of main gates & small shower flooded floor, several times doors did not close properly, sofa stainedilounge stsinef

Fab apartment, Great Location

Could not find a single fault. Apartment had all mod cons. A fantastic veranda. In fact even for lounging by the pool, you don't need to leave the veranda as it gets the sun all day and is right by the pool. It's also just a few minutes walk to the beach and La Cala centre. Pool is nice and big, and we used the paddle tennis court everyday with the kids. Communication with host agent was great too, and the only issue we had (A fob for opening the main gate running out of power) was resolved expediently. Would not hesitate to stay again.
