A stunning newly constructed villa in the prestigious Greenhill Marbella development located on the border of East Marbella and Mijas Costa.

Green Hills is within Cabopino Golf and a short distance to the busy commercial centre of Calahonda. 15 minutes walk to Cabopino Marina and the protected beaches of Artola. The centre of Marbella and the very popular Puerto Banus is just 15 minutes away by car.
The complex is gated and secure, consisting of just 14 homes.
The house is located overlooking a golf course with sea and golf views, allowing you to enjoy your holiday set within the tranquility of the hillside, yet only a short stroll to nearby amenities.

It is a contemporary and open plan villa, with private pool. A cinema space compliments the house in the basement area, ideal for quiet TV viewing.
The house is built over three levels and consists of, on the entrance level, entrance hall with high ceilings, guest cloakroom, large open plan living-dining room with with floor to ceiling high quality Cortizo Guardian sun double glazed windows and a designer kitchen with Bosch appliances and silestone work tops.
The living room gives access outside to a spacious terrace with polished non-slip limestone flooring, lawned garden and private saltwater pool with LED lighting.
Moving upstairs we find three double bedrooms and two premium quality bathrooms with ROCA porcelain, the master has a special space for babies, private ensuite bathroom and private terrace with sea and golf views. Downstairs on the basement level is a lounge / chill out area, two more double bedrooms and a full bathroom / laundry room as well as a nice TV area.
