poorly built windows = horrible sleep.
the windows rattled and hummed and howled all night due to the wind. none of us could sleep. it was horrible. I literally cracked the window a bit and the sound diminished. But then the curtains were bouncing around making another kind of noise.

The night was good but there was no hot water for showers,etc. The boiler broke already in the eve so we were expecting it to be fixed by morn but no hot water in morn!☹️

When I checked in the water was off but the person doing the check in did not tell me. I found out only because someone came to the front desk and asked. Then when the water came back on I couldn’t take a shower because it was extremely cold and I let it run for 5min called the front desk for over an hour with no response. When I checked the next day it still wasn’t hot but lukewarm there was hardly anyone to answer phones or at the front desk the numerous times I called or walked by the desk. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This property was extremely disappointing especially for the price. We found dog kibble all over the floor in our room. The closet door did not fit the closet and just hung oddly. The bathroom door did not stay closed or lock. The bathroom towels were old and dingy. The coverlet provided for the sofa bed had holes in it. The elevator had tiles missing and cracked floor and the electric up/down sign inside the elevator was missing the cover. The window was not double pain so you could hear the traffic extremely loudly..
