ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE IS REQUIRED DURING THE WINTER MONTHS (DECEMBER-MARCH). While FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE or ALL WHEEL DRIVE is not required during the spring through fall months (APRIL-NOVEMBER) it is ADVISED vehicles with low clearances will have a difficult time getting to the property.
- It should be noted that there are 2 large (60lbs) neighbor dogs that run free between the properties and will often greet you at your car door. They are very friendly but also jumpy and will put their paws on your chest.
- The property requires stairs to enter.
- Supplies are based on the number of guests on the reservation. Please make sure the guest count is accurate on your booking.
- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay.
- There is a fenced-in area behind the garage that has large bins for trash to be taken out.
