Charming terraced house by the beach and forest
Charming, architect-designed terraced house on 2 levels, with sea views and an optimal location in the summer house area, Bro Strandpark on Funen. The house was built in 2004/2005 and was renovated in 2017 with new furniture and fixtures.
The terraced house is 103 m² and has 3 good bedrooms with 6 beds spread over 3 double beds. There is also room for 1 child up to 3 years old - a cot and a high chair are available.
The house's kitchen is bright and functional and equipped with 1 fridge with freezer, cooker with 4 ceramic hobs, convection oven and dishwasher. There is also a cozy dining area with space for the whole family. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, a nice sofa area and a television with Danish, Norwegian, German and English channels. The bathroom has underfloor heating and contains a walk-in shower, a 2-person hot tub and access to the sauna.
On the 1st floor there is an independent toilet, the bedrooms and access to a balcony with a view of the sea.
Wireless internet connection in the house at no extra charge. Washing machine and dryer available.
The terraced house is situated on a 300m² garden plot with up to 3 parking spaces.
The house is heated with an energy-saving heat pump. From the living room there is access to a large open terrace with garden furniture, as well as the free areas of the summer house area. There is a tiled floor on the ground floor, and wooden floors on the first floor.
Bro Strandpark is a cozy summer house area close to the sea (200 m) with a private jetty and lovely beach, playgrounds, petanque court, tennis court, soccer field and beach volleyball court. There is also beautiful nature with many green areas, lakes and forests with good walking routes. A lovely scenic area with the opportunity to practice sports and go on long recreational walks.
