This spacious retreat is located 7 minutes from downtown Michigan City, 8 minutes from Lake Michigan, 9 minutes from the Lighthouse outlet mall & 10 minutes from downtown New Buffalo, not to mention nearby numerous restaurants, breweries, antique shops & more! This 4 bed 1.5 bath getaway is perfect for large groups. It's available to hold larger events like birthday or bachelorette parties!

Outside you'll find a fire pit w/ plenty of seating & some firewood! Enjoy a fully fenced in yard, perfect for pets to run around in!
Inside you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms, a fully stocked game bookshelf, an outdoor game shelf. a full coffee bar( equipped with kuerig machine, k cups, teapot, green tea, sugar, creamer, to go cups) a welcome basket with snacks & water, a mural outlining all the local hot spots, and much more!

There is parking for 6 cars behind the house.

Labor Day getaway
The owner was super nice and quickly responded to all questions! He let us check in early so we could get to the beach after dropping off our things! We had a great time!

Great Location, Clean, Large Space
Overall it was a great place, close to numerous attractions and beaches within a 20 minute drive in either direction. The owners put a lot of thought into making it welcoming and it was great to find it was very clean. Had a minor issue (no fault of the owners) and some questions and they were immediately responsive and helpful. Would gladly stay here again if we return to the area.

Property had plenty of room. Did not realize it was the Grand Prix boat race the weekend when I booked which made the beaches almost impossible to get to but the property was fine, not fancy but met our needs.

Nice Affordable place near the Dunes
Overall this was a nice place with a good amount of space and a clean house. The host responded quickly to messages and provided us with snacks. I do want to note that the stairs are steep and uneven, there is a nearby train line but it didn't keep me up at night, and the air conditioner struggled to keep up upstairs on a 90+ deg day but kept up on the cooler days. I would likely stay here again.

Clean and spacious. Good for a larger group. Busy roads.
Our needs were met with our stay at this property. The house is clean with room for many. Only 1 shower and you should know that the house is right on Hwy 12. The 3 acres is shared with other buildings. All in all, this fit the bill for us.
