Edges aren't vacuumed in room, filthy HVAC fins and filter, dingy pillowsherts, all else spotless, especially public areas, nice decor, giant mirror headboard, excellent midnight and daytime service, good lobby coffee machine, no egg whites or hard boiled. Would stay again for right price.

I work out of town , however, some times get stuck overnight at one place or another. Depending on the hours...? The last 2 visits to Indiana have been peaceful and stress free. I like that I was able to come and check in, easy breezy, relax for a bit before heading bacj to work! Tiffany @the front desk was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely an asset to the Microtel MC team. Keep it up! With her great attitude towards the clients, and their needs, its hard to compare her with any minimal worker. Thank you so much!!

Honestly they should stop serving breakfast here and the South Bend location as well. I get it’s cheaper brand but most of the food is such low quality and stale, just reduce the price by $5 and skip breakfast.

People were nice but rooms are not great
Heater was so loud we had to turn it off. Sounded like a leaf blower. I could hear someone snoring below me half the night. I turned the tv on to drown out the noise. Needs upgrades. We will try another hotel next time.
