Three Night Summer Minimum!

Located near gorgeous Sheridan Beach, IN stands this beautifully appointed home. Welcome to A Cardiac Rest! Four-bedroom, three full bath home is ideally located to be close to everything Michigan City has to offer as well as Harbor Country Michigan! Three floors of living in this spacious beauty. The main floor has nice family room with flat screen TV. Fully stocked kitchen as well as island seating for two. Dining table seats up to eight as well. Basement has second TV room with two twin beds, also the fourth bedroom with full bed. Third floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 with a king bed, Bedroom #2 with a queen bed, and third bedroom with two twin beds. House comes equipped with plenty of beach equipment too so no need to rent it!

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, cental air/heat, washer/dryer, gas grill, beach toys, and more.

**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement where additional rules apply

**Two dog maximum allowed, there is an additional pet fee as well. No other pets allowed.

**Minimum age of 25 years to rent.

**Maximum 4 car parking.

Great stay!!
Overall we had a wonderful stay and the property was as described. Very modern , spacious and clean inside. Some minor improvements could be made in the backyard . Location was fantastic right next to a delicious lunch bistro and a short walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay here and plan to come back again soon!

Wonderful Beach Vacay
Our family of six and our friends with kids were able to fit comfortably in the surprisingly spacious home located within walking distance of the beach!! We went every day and had an absolute blast. The house has plenty of towels, beach going supplies, and cooking utensils/dishes, but they don’t stock any condiments and only a welcome kit of paper towels/trash bags/toilet paper so be prepared to bring those especially if staying long! Overall loved the location and the house!

The house needs TLC. The interior was maintained. The coffee maker could use replacement. It leaks from underneath. The exterior needs a good amount of attention. Several stairs leading into the house are loose and insecure. The same is true of the stairs the led into the yard. The mulch, in the backyard, needs to be redone. Also the cushions on the patio could use replacing. Also the yard seems much smaller than what the pictures show.

Great place for a weekend!
Beach was a 10 minute walk - Casino a 15 minute walk. Perfect location with a little diner next door. Place was very clean and up to date on all appliances and technology. Manager of the property was very attentive and proactive in reaching out beforehand and the day of. Great place!

We had a wonderful time at Cardiac Rest! Great short drive to the beach, the zoo, the dunes National park and so much more! Appreciated the beach gear at the house and the multiple spaces for sleeping a large family! Looking forward to coming back again.

Great Lake weekend
My family had such a fun lake weekend here! The rental had everything we needed and the location is great. Right next door to Dune Billie’s, a short walk to beautiful Sheridan Beach, and a short drive to the marina and zoo. We enjoyed grilling out and making s’mores at the firepit too. We were so happy to have found this place and would definitely rent it again!

A Cardiac Arest was perfect!
My family and I had a very nice time staying at A Cardiac Arrest. The home was clean and well stocked if you wanted to cook. They also had many items for going to the beach.There's a lovely patio with a table and chairs and also a Fire pit. Big plus was the attached to car garage. I highly recommend this home for your vacation.
