This was by far one of the worst stays in Miami. The front desk staff upon arrival was very rude and acted like they did not want to do their jobs and help me check in early as I paid for it. In the evening, the staff was no better at the front desk if anything, they were worse when I asked to buy a drink the lady rolled her eyes and said yes it’s over there. The breakfast was OK having to pay for it. Almost $25. You would’ve thought it was way better and the service would’ve been better. Will never stay here again.
