Gave me a room key to a room with somebody else already in it. Took three times to get a key that worked to a room with no occupant. Unacceptable. The on-site restaurant has mediocre food and bad service. Watch for the automatic extra service charge already included in your bill. This is the worst hotel ever!

OK but the Restaurant can be slow with service.

Our stay was due to our flight being diverted due to weather. It was the day after a Playoff Football Game and we felt a little taken advantage off price-wise. A Pilot that stayed there often also noticed that lodging was a bit exaggerated. The service in the Restaurant on the 6th Floor was terrible. They were busy and I acknowledged that to the Manager Beatriz there. But our Server (a female) took an extraordinary long time to not only get us our Check but to also take our Payment. That process should never take 30 minutes.

Shuttle advertised but only runs once an hour, while neighboring hotels are circulating far more frequently. Food at the restaurant was awful. Rooms were ok, certainly not the cleanest.

Poor shuttle service

We waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We ended up calling 6 times and each time was told it would be there soon. Very frustrating as we had to be back at the airport at 4:00 in the morning. Several other guests had the same issue and not once did anyone apologize to any of us.

After being delayed and then our flight canceled we just wanted to get to a hotel and relax. So when we arrived at the hotel our room was ready but they wanted to charge us $70 just to get in early. So much for getting to relax!!!

The shuttle bus only comes once every hour. They will not make up the room without request and only made up one of the two beds when we asked for it. There was still litter on the floor.

Contradictory to the listing on this website, there was no shuttle from the Miami airport. We called the hotel directly, and they assured us a shuttle would come to pick us up, but the shuttle never came and we ended up having to pay for an Uber. We needed an early shuttle to the airport in the morning, and the shuttle service did not begin until 6 AM, so we needed to take another Uber to the airport. All in all, we had to spend $40 on transportation at a hotel that boasts a free shuttle. The hotel restaurant was nice and the room was comfortable, so I recommend this hotel if you have your own car.

Our room was connected to another one through a door. We did not ask for this type of room, and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us, which disturbed our peace. When we asked to change rooms, the male receptionist told us they would have one ready in the afternoon. However, once we came back to the hotel to change rooms, a female receptionist received us instead and said there were no rooms left for us and wasn’t quite nice about it. After much insisting that the noise was too loud, she finally said that there was a handicapped room we could use. This experience was annoying to deal with and overall ruined the image we had of the guest service.
