The unit was not delivered to me on time, I found it not cleaned yet and it was not delivered to me until after 5pm, it was not as clean as required and it smelled bad, the manager was informed about the incident and he contacted customer service, unfortunately the service is very poor and my family and I are upset with this experience and it will not be repeated.

This building is new and well equipped (parking structure, nice pool at 8th floor, nice deck at 21st floor, nice lobby, etc). Tucker agents replied to my texts which was my preferred way of communication promptly regardless of the time of day. Make sure you bring your phone charger (not only the cable).

Problem after problem
I never coming back to this place. The apartment was full of roaches on the bathroom and main room. There is an additional fee for parking, $25 per day, and it was terrible, very limited, good luck finding a spot. Extremely poor communication with the front desk. I was charged with an additional $250 and there was no explanation about it, Iwill have to start a fraud claim with my bank. Stay away from this place.

The workers was rude! The hotel staff don’t hardy you at all they want you do share bath towels and wash towels. Don’t take the trash even if you are there longer than 5 days! The valet workers was the best part of the hotel

Excellent for our needs. Stocked with basics and accessible. Comfortable and nicely kept. Only issue was the trash room in the hallway was apparently improperly used by other apartments, making the chute inaccessible, and we had to take our trash out in the garage the last day. Hopefully a one time occurrence since the place was clean and well kept.
