This hotel was nice. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Loved the free breakfast. It was close to many things. They offered free shuttle transportation to many places. Close to airport.

I booked through Expedia - reserve now - pay later - I booked 6 rooms with a total of 24 people who will be staying of 4 nights. I had Expedia transfer names to rooms so when they are there - they would be able to check in - Flights were delayed and we arrived at 5pm fro check-in - when our families go there - the Hotel had told them there rooms were cancelled by Expedia and they have all the rooms away and they had no where to stay - We are still awaiting response from Expedia

Airport shuttle run “6am-10pm” but actually the last thing he runs at 9 pm so we waited 15 minutes to call and find out it wasn’t coming. The shuttle was one of the only reasons we picked this property. Staff at check were nice but we were in a bad mood struggling to find transportation for large group.

We arrived from a 3am flight from Ecuador at 1pm & asked for the the 1st available room. The staff did not contact us by phone & we were very Uncomfortable for 4 hours & had an early flight in the morning.
