Great property. Just this trip had a but of a huccup. A hour and half delay with getting customers to their rooms. Well after check in time started. But staff did what they could to makr sure we were comfortable.

Brand new property and great location. Room service was non existent. Check in times were very long and the lobby was full and chaotic at check in time every day. Property meets code but it not very handicapped accessible. Property is very noisy due to street traffic and noise until 2am. Might be a nice place to stay someday. They were not ready to do business yet.

Would definitely stay here again. We did have an issue with being assigned the incorrect room type. One 1 bedroom had a tv and the other 2 bedrooms without the tv had a jack and jill bathroom. I assume those bedrooms without the tv were meant for kids. We made it work since we were only there for 1 night.

The layout of the room was nice and it felt like a very nice apartment. We would've asked for a few more washcloths. They had plenty of snacks and drinks but they were a little pricey. It was quite loud but we were there during a Taylor Swift concert so people coming back were extremely loud, yelling/shouting and slamming doors. The balcony with oceanview was very nice. We booked a different room and requested early check in and it was not available so we paid extra for our new room. The pool was not open but it was shortly after a hurricane. We would stay there again since the main issues were not in their control.

Great stay for a basketball game!
The Elser was amazing. State of the art hotel with gorgeous views from my room overlooking the city. Very clean, spacious and affordable for the location. Located across the street from the MIami Heat arena and great restaurants and shops at the arena on the other corner opposite the arena.

Property and location itself were very nice. Arrived at 10pm to find our assigned room had not even been properly cleaned (no pillows, etc). Customer service was way below average from the front desk to pool service to valet.
