We arrived at THesis late about 9pm on Friday. We are a family with 4 small children and the valets stood watching us struggle with getting out our luggage and stroller and just stood with their hands in their pockets. The valets didn't have an once of sense in service. The valets are the first impression of a hotel, and you would think they would be a bit more friendly and helpful. Daniel at the front desk was kind, hospitable and offered us welcome Champagne. Our room was nice and tidy and had a great view of Coral Gables and a park. We did have to call the front desk for a mini fridge as our room did not have one, but was delivered in a timely manner. We were exhausted from our travel day, but could not sleep as the guest and the extremely loud music coming from the pool/terrace continued on past midnight. We had to call the front desk and it finally took 15 minutes after our call to get the music turned off. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. Our family frequents this hotel only for convenience to visit elderly family members, but the convenience in location is not worth the stay.

The thesis hotel was very nice. The property had many nice areas for sitting. The pool area was quite lovely. The rooms were a nice size and had nice bathrooms.

I just like that way the Staff treat us as Customers and also the Cleanliness of the Facility. Unfortunately the Facility needs to improve the way they set up the Dorms. Customers doesn't have drawers where to place their clothes, that regularly every Hotel has it. On the shower is missing the Safety Bar for Older customers or with disabilities. The Hotel will be easily Sued if the customer fall down due to this missing item. The good thing its that the Hotel is located 15 minutes away form the Miami Airport but no close dining options for customers if they don't have a Car. To get to this places they have to get a Taxi or Uber to be transport it. On the Dorms was missing also the small refrigerator to keep food or beverages that need to be cold. The Hotel is nice but I believe with this improvements You will have many customers that regularly.

The staff was extremely willing to serve and assist, not that I would not expect that service with the price point of the rooms. Very pleasant stay. Microwave, fridge and mini-bar in rooms would be nice but, other than the bar, are available upon request providing available.

Great atmosphere and service from valet, checkin and The Collab! The coffee machine in the room didn’t really work and the cream packets were opened. Had to get coffee downstairs, which The Collab was very accommodating! Bed was very comfy and temp was pleasant. Staff is great! Nice to be in walking distance to many shops.
