first counter was very pleasant on a Sunday afternoon with the desk attendant. The first impression is that it is an older building, but obvious improvements have been made in a suitable for a night stay. It is clear, Ac and heat work fine , our room is 212 the bed was fine. I Briefly stated it's an older property with an impressive facelift. It is near a police station, post office rub. The best point is it is close to the pier, walkable to Publix, Target ansome clothing stores. I would suggest if it all possible arriving during the daytime as it is in a “ big city downtown area”.

The outlet in the bathroom did not work so doing my hair was a nightmare. No light in the closet. The bed was not sturdy. There were floor boards that were not whole. This “hotel” is next to the hood it looked like. We weren’t too sure until I walked in and it wasn’t that bad on the inside. The parking lot is secure with 24/hr surveillance. There was only one entrance so make sure you don’t forget anything. We wound up not being comfortable in the room and leaving at 2am. But they have a drop box for your keys so that made it very easy. Just waiting on my security deposit return.

Bree was awesome while checking us in. Our room was stunning!!!! The outside of the hotel looks bad, but once you step into it it's AMAZING! IT WAS THE MOST CLEAN ROOM I'VE EVER BEEN IN! If you are on the fence on booking this place dont be. Nice restaurants just a two minute walk away through a beautiful residential area. Free bottle of water in our room, comphy bed.. and did I mention clean? Spotless! The free breakfast was minimal, but did the trick. WELL DONE!

Difficult services for 24 hours and no taxi driver does not wants to services customers from this hotel. Ulber charges lots to drive to any location. Please beware of the Uber, taxis, and cab drivers refused to do Services from the hotel. Their is no elevator tour to the second floor. Either if you are needed accommodations their is no elevator. They customers services does not work around the clock for customers staying at their hotel.

Spend your money somewhere else
Checked in at 1am to someone who did not seem happy to be doing their job at the front desk. Then 3am rolls around and the ceiling started to leak, causing a terrible sleeping experience. Then check out and told by the front desk they will not charge me for the free breakfast that is advertised on the listing.

Cutesy hotel experience
I enjoyed my experience at the hotel, upon walking in it smelled very nice through out the space. Staff were nice and continental breakfast was good. The hotel is very small but efficient, would return.
