We did not stay at this hotel. When the taxi pulled up he informed us that it is a dangerous area. We also saw that it looked unsafe. We left to find another hotel. I didn’t even care that I lost money.

The hotel and staff was alaays attentive. I'd suggest to add a safer way to access to the parking lot, although nothing happens but given though it gets pretty dark at night, the path to get there could be a perfect scenario for all kind of no safe situations.

Basic accommodation in a not-so-great neighborhood. Only for the budget minded. The biggest problem is that they do not refund the deposit they require on your credit card on check-in - it has been almost 3 weeks, and we still have not received our money back ...

It is tucked off right near the police station and a local Miami community. There are no elevators but the woman who works the front desk was amazing. You are able to drop your bags early if you need. Breakfast was decent. Pillows were PERFECT. Room clean and smelled good. Overall I would stay here again for a short stay.

We honestly thought we’d been dropped into a haunted hotel by mistake. Don’t let the interior photos fool you; while it looks nice on the inside, the outside has a seriously creepy vibe. To make matters worse, Expedia refused to help us cancel or find somewhere else. The inside of the hotel is actually quite pretty, but there’s no elevator, so you’ll be lugging your bags up stairs yourself. And after 11pm, all the staff leave. If your flight is delayed, there’s no one around to check you in. They offer self-check-out, but there’s an extra charge for it. The room itself wasn’t terrible, but the bed was tiny, and my husband, who’s 6’2” and 250 pounds, barely fit in it with me. On top of that, they only clean the rooms every two days, and you get just a few complimentary items. Their “complimentary breakfast” is only on weekends, so we missed that—not that I’d trust eating it. The worst part? The door had no keyhole, so we kept hearing noises in the night, wondering if someone was right outside. We barely slept. The one staff member we saw in the daylight was polite and kind, but honestly, that didn’t make up for the overall experience. We booked here for convenience to the port, but I’d rather pay more and stay farther away than ever return to this place.
