You will have access to your whole Villa and the shared back area of the patio and pool.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the Villas. If there is trace of smoke, you will be charged a $200.00 smoke odor fee.
Smoking is not allowed on the artificial grass or in or around the pool as it may become a fire hazard.
There is strictly no loud music in or outside the property.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
Only guest listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises.
There is strictly no parties allowed on this property.
Any guest breaking any of our house rules, will be asked to correct the violation immediately, if guests to not comply, we will cancel your reservation ask you to vacate the villa immediately with no rights to any refund.

To reach 10300 SW 42nd Terrace, Miami, FL from Miami International Airport, you can take FL-836 W from the airport. Follow FL-836 W to FL-973 S/SW 107th Ave. Take the exit toward Coral Way/FL-972 W from FL-836 W. Continue on FL-973 S/SW 107th Ave. Drive to SW 42nd Terrace. This should bring you to your destination. Keep in mind that traffic conditions may affect travel time.
When you arrive please park your vehicle to the right of the property. Do not park your vehicles beyond the gates.
In order to get to the Villa please open the gate on the right and walk towards the back of the building and the first door to your left is where you will input your checkin code.
