Our luxurious, modern two-story gated waterfront villa is located on one of the most exclusive Islands in Miami, directly between Miami Beach and Downtown. Please note: We typically require a four day notice, however sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute requests, so even if our calendar is blocked feel free to reach out. Our dedicated team is available 7 days a week to answer your questions.

The perfect property for those looking for an unforgettable and truly luxurious experience. This one of a kind property features marble floors throughout, five spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, high ceilings, beautiful dining area, open chef's kitchen all within a private lot directly on the beautiful waters of Biscayne Bay . Entertain guests in expansive living and dining room areas inside complete with a smart sound system and smart TVs. Outside relax in the heated pool and Jacuzzi with LED lighting, and lounge areas to soak in the views. Discover the pinnacle of modern luxury living in this beautiful, state-of-the-art property.

We typically require a four day notice, however sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute requests.

No parties and outdoor noise must be kept quiet 10pm - 9am. Family neighborhood. Any complaints, your reservation can and will be cancelled without refund.

Great property! Awesome host
We had a great time and an awesome experience here. Bia and her team were all very responsive and friendly. From booking through to maintenance staff, any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion and the team was quick in helping out with small things we needed like extra housekeeping mid-booking. I would definitely recommend it! Thank you!

Would highly recommend! The House was great, very clean and in the perfect location! We fit 10 people comfortably. Great Pool, right on the water and in a gated community. The owner/management team was extremely responsive and helped us with anything we needed. 10/10 would stay again
