Clean, safe, walkable
The check-in and check-out process could have been more streamlined. We were told the front desk would have our information to get into the room, but they did not. Front desk had to call property management to get room door code. We received code from front desk and were told we’d receive follow up text, but we never received the text. Not a deal breaker, but it certainly could have been more efficient, especially after a long day of travel. The view was spectacular and the room was immaculate (but small). The walls were a bit thin—we could hear the very loud television through the wall every night. The neighborhood was safe and walkable.
