Really Good Hotel…Crap neighbors
Hotel and parking area was fine. The rooms are clean, large and work great for our needs. The people in the next room were up all night making noise. I’m thinking that since it’s an Extended Stay hotel that these people live in the hotel. They were out in the halls at 4am talk, laughing and paying no attention to those around them.

The road is a mess surrounded by industrial stuff and semis, far from anything you like to go to, dirty sheets and an sad worn cheap motel looking room. I'm returning the key card and finding another place to stay.

The bench in shower was off the wall with exposed screws. Fire alarm went off for 10 minutes with no explanation in the morning. Parking was convenient. The street the hotel is on is under construction so lots of dirt/dust and construction machines around

Older property in fairly good shape. Room was damp on the floor and our feet got dirty walking around. Staff said by phone we could park there free for our trip but wouldn’t allow us after checking in. Cost incurred was over 200 dollar for parking while away. Front staff clerk was very friendly.

My stay at the South River Suites last minute. They treat us Super Nice! Room was available and clean with comfortable beds and small kitchen. Which make our stay perfect and enjoyable! The front desk people where super nice and respectful!

The building and parking area was well maintained. My room was very cozy, and the patio was extra large. I left earlier than expected, and the manager said he would reimburse me. Expedia made numerous calls to confirm, but the manager never responded. Overall, it was a quiet, clean space that reminded me of a studio apartment in Downtown, Manhattan.

The kitchen utensils provided were dirty and unuseable. The refridgerator was clean. Counter tops and tiles need refacing/replacing. Stayed for 10 days and housekeeping came on day 5. Did not change sheets. Came daily after but still no changing of bedding. Bathrooms were clean and having the kitchenette is a plus.

I’ve expressed my sentiments to the security officer there my very first night. I feel as though the pictures I saw on Expedia compared to what I saw in person didn’t really match up. The front desk looked like doctor’s office, the Halloween decorations threw me off because I wasn’t even sure at first if I was dropped off at the right location until I asked. The moment I stepped foot inside the hotel, there’s this strange smell that lingers especially when I took the elevator to Go to my room, the hallways had that same smell as I walked down to my room. The bathtub floor had some weird scratches and there was rust on the shower head and sink area. The location of the hotel literally sits in the center of a bunch of construction and the day I checked out, I almost missed my morning train ride back home due to how bad the traffic was. Literally the moment I got in my Lyft and the driver drove off… boom we’re already stuck in traffic. I had to call the train station to see if they can move up my train ride to the next one in order to make it back home. I just felt like the hotel was not up to par with my expectations.

No frills efficiencies
We are on an unplanned vacation to flee from Hurricane Milton. Because of the destruction, we extended our stay by 2 nights only to realize we just needed one. We were disappointed when we were refused a refund for the second extended night.
