There's no elevator in the hotel. Sucks to carry a momths worth of clothing up to the second floor with no offered assistance.

This was an unexpected overnight stay and booked at the last minute. we were very happy with the cleanliness of the property. we waited by the pool until we could check in at 3pm. The room was clean, a little small for a King sized bed, but it was fine. The bed was comfortable and clean. The ride to the airport was on time, however it was very cramped. There should be signups for the shuttle and only allow what will fit in the van. Overall we were happy with our experience.

Stay literally anywhere else.
This was a 1-night stay before a cruise. Everything seemed very professional before our arrival. I was told the shuttle from the airport runs regularly and that there would be no problem using their shuttle service to the cruise port. We went to the shuttle pick-up spot as instructed and waited for 90 minutes. No shuttle. Called the hotel repeatedly- no answer. Paid for an uber to the hotel. Shuttle was parked out front. Desk lady mumbled some gibberish in broken English about it not running. Tried to sign up for the morning shuttle to the cruise port and was told it was full until 11:00. Used another User. The attached bar looks nice, but i wasn't going to give this place another cent of my money. Avoid walking anywhere at night- this area is sketchy.

I enjoyed the convenient location and hotel shuttles (regular and reliable). I did not like that I had to carry my suitcases up to the second floor. A ramp in a separate location would be nice. The AC unit was quite noisy. But overall I had a pleasant experience.

For me this place made me a little uneasy. The rooms are cleanish and very out dated. Had me looking for bugs. There was no elevator to the second floor with a very narrow staircase. The bathroom was super cramped and made it hard to pee. You are trying not to run into the toilet paper holder. Toiletries are small and a one time use. There is NO secure parking. Staff are hard to understand. The noise from the traffic is loud. Overall not bad for a pinch but I do not recommend and will never stay again.
