In general this hotel is fine. It was clean and everything worked. My room was a bit dated but ok. There was no fridge in the room and there is no elevator to the second floor. I had to lug my suitcase which may not be doable for others. The shuttle bus only comes hourly, leaving the hotel on the hour. There is a McDonald’s next to the hotel and many other options within walking distance. There is a circle k about a block away. The hotel does offer a shuttle to the port for $12.00. Not sure if they pick up from the port or not. The breakfast for 1$12.00 plus tax is your basic hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy. All in all I’d stay here again if I’m coming to Miami on a cruise.

Our door would not lock from the outside. It was very noisy all night. Kids running the halls, doors banging constantly, no fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet ok. Dinner was very good. We paid for early checkin and still had to wait over an hour. The staff was friendly.

We have stayed at the Ramada twice now. the first time we had a really nice size room with a view of the pool. this time we were in a very small room with a street view but if you're only staying for a couple of nights it works. there is nothing in the area shopping wise - there are a couple of restaurants close by. Very close to the airport and only half an hour to the cruise terminal.

Very tiny, noisy room. Terrible airport shuttle.
Things started out badly. Arrived at the airport after a long trip with delays. Called the hotel. Told the shuttle would meet us in 50 minutes. Took an Uber. The room was tiny. REALLY tiny. Barely enough room to get around the bed. Clean. Bed was decent. Air conditioning unit had a button to let the fan run continuously. (nice) Lots of traffic noise. The in-house restaurant was a bar, but the food and service was excellent. No free coffee, but they had a machine that dispensed small quantities of surprisingly good coffee for $1.50. The room was inexpensive, but I won't go back.

The Tv had a red line on it which was annoying to watch . The toilet wouldn’t even flush after a pee . There is no elevator you have to carry your luggage up the stairs .

Convenient location. Dated hotel, not so clean
Pros: Conveniently close to the airport. They have a shuttle but it only runs every hour. Reception is 24 hours. It has a restaurant and breakfast buffet. Economic choice if you get stranded at MIA or have a long connection. Cons: the roaches! See photo of the dead one! I missed the live one running through the hallway. The property is dated, carpets are stained. Cleanliness of hallways is below your average hotel although the room was good and clean. Overall, if you are tired and need to sleep a few hours and your expectations are low, go for it.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and that there is a restaurant attached to the Ramada. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no elevator.

I guess if you’re just using it for an overnight airport stop it’s okay. Couldn’t find an elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up the stairs. Airport transfer was good.
