Basic breakfast, musty room. Maybe because of the humidity in south Florida? Decent for the price. Wish I would have known I had to add my choice privileges number to my Expedia reservation before my stay.

It had an odor to the room that stayed in our clothes. Checkin was a slight bit confusing. The option not to be able to take the food back to the room with small children was not resionaw with checkout being 11am. Staff was a little lost when trying to find our additional reservation so we booked elsewhere. They happened to find the reservation the next morning. One of the ladies at the front in the morning was very helpful. The other was quite dry and uninterested

Nice hotel at gateway to Florida keys. Room were well maintained and clean along with nice and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was perfect to start our day. I loved the garden and the tiki hut. The staff at front desk and Breakfast area was very nice and courteous. Will definitely stay again if in the area. This was our third stay this year at any Quality Inn and as the name it provides quality stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping only comes during stay when u ask which was fine. Area is not very very safe seen what was nearly 3 car wrecks exiting parking lot into main highway. The breakfast was not that great which it is "free" lobby could be bigger.

From check-in to check-out, we were continually impressed with the way Quality Inn was run. The front desk staff was genuinely friendly, and they seemed invested in making sure our stay was successful. The grounds are meticulously maintained- we saw staff sweeping and mopping the public guest areas. The room was clean, and there was no odor that is often present in motel rooms. The only things i could nitpick if forced to balance this review with any negatives are the difficulty finding a closer place to park on the Friday night of our stay, and the fact that the comforter on one of the beds had what appeared to be a makeup stain. However, my husband and i agree that this was the best motel we have experienced in a very long time, if ever.

The room had a damp smell and the shower head was broken. They put a glass and taped it on shower head to prevent water dripping. Do you can’t take shower. No exhaust from bathroom.
