Do not recommend. Elevators werent working for the whole stay. Had a baby and multiple luggage and was placed at the top floor. Expedia tried contacting for a partial refund and the Manager Michael has refused. Please go somewhere else to enjoy your stay. Food nasty, cleanliness mediocre, staff clearly incompetent and manager has no customer service skills

Overall it was cool with the exception of the elevators not working. The doorman was able to take my luggage up 4 flights of stairs for me but when I left at 4am, I had to being them down.

I loved the fact this hotel location was walking distance from so many dining and food spots. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk clerk - Malik was extremely helpful. I was cold arriving since it was raining outside and asked how to adjust the thermostat temperature and not only did he explain this to me but provided us with blankets and a space heater to use as well. Plus, upon arrival you get free complimentary drinks which was a great surprise for my mom celebrating her birthday!!

Awesome experience. Customer service was impeccable. Kevon gave us a warm welcome. Henry and other cs associates were also helpful. We arrived early on a rainy day and was able to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great, near the beach, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. We were given water on arrival. There was water in the room and we got vouchers for complementary drinks at the bar. Convenient transport to the cruise port the next day. 1 night stay. Will stay here again.

Solid, modest accommodations. A little outdated, though. If you're looking for high-powered AC, this is not the hotel for you. I run a little cold so I liked the d school AC in our room and the sound helps me sleep. Check-in took us a half hr, be prepared to wait if you need the front desk, to wait on line for breakfast (it's pretty decent, get there before 9:30 and try the waffles!) and to wait for the elevator. I wouldn't recommended this hotel for people who need mobility accomodations. Also...they did NOT have WiFi or any modern streaming platform access. The pool is okay. I would sit in it, but not swim. The staff is very, very nice. This was a decent stay if you're looking for a low-key experience and may not spend much time in the hotel. If the hotel is apart of your vacation "experience", I would skip this one.
