I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, but there could be improvements. We were given black makeup face towels to use for our bodies. There were no white face towels given. Thw bathroom is lovely, however there is only a pedestal sink and no where to place toiletries. There is plenty of room for a table directly under the towel rack. There are not many outlets which is disappointing. Thankfully, we bought an outlet for our many devices. The rooms are spacious, but there is enough room for a table. The beds are hard. This place is afforable, clean, breakfast included and free welcome drinks. You're only a block away from the beach. I would stay here again, but not more than two days. My back hurts.

They did not put toilet paper and when I called asking for it, they said that if I wanted i could go and get it. Breakfast is too late, 7:30 and they do not even give an orange, breakfast personal youngest lady was extremelly rude and the other ones did not help either. The hotel is not like in the pictures.

once my family and my arrival was this morning Dec 16 for 3 nights, I made an additional reservation for Dec 15 and called the hotel telling about my arrival early morning on the 16th to avoid a “no show”. By arrived this morning, no rooms available, we were as a no show. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional and definitely not organized. We have to wait till 1st room available. I kindly request my refund for Dec 15. Also planning to an early check out, probably tomorrow. My Family does not want to be here at this hotel. Thanks Genesio Antonio Ferreira

We stayed for 1 night after our cruise. We were not able to check in when we arrived several hours early but the hotel offered to hold our bags and call us when our room was ready. We ended up walking about 5 min to the beach for a couple of hours until they called to let us know our room was ready just over an hour before check in time. Front desk staff was always friendly and accommodating. We were charged a $33 resort fee and $150 deposit. They gave us a voucher for the breakfast buffet (7:30am-10:30am) and vouchers for welcome drinks at the bar (4pm-10pm). The room was large, clean and beautiful. We loved the huge windows that let in so much natural light. The bathroom and walk in shower was also very nice. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the room as well as a mini fridge. There weren’t many channels to choose from on the tv. We didn’t use the sister property pool. The property was clean but dated like most in Miami Beach. The elevator was very small. The location was excellent. Close to the beach, Starbucks, Ocean Drive, Española Way, etc. The breakfast buffet was a little crowded but the food was good. We liked that it was served by staff rather than everyone grabbing and touching everything. We sat outside to eat on the patio which was nice. The hotel checked our bags again at check out and we went to the beach again for a couple hours before heading to the airport for our flight. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
