The employees were nice. The room was fine nit it was too hot. You can hear everything because of how thin the walls are. I asked 2 tomes to have our room cooled down but nothing was done. Went to the basement and saw not 1 but 3 cockroaches. I could only imagine how many there were in the room with me and the 2 pther people I'm with. Miami is honestly a horrible city and everyone is so rude. We left the same night we checked in. Horrendous.

Property was clean, in a great location and value for money. The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. The area was amazing to walk round or take the free trolley bus or bus into downtown Miami. We enjoyed our stay so we booked another 2 nights.

Old style South Beach.
Post cruise stay. Very different experience. The location was great. Beach was couple blocks away, not directly in front of hotel. Building was old and rooms were adequate. No adjustments for AC/heat. Decor wasn’t bad, but whoever did the work cut a lot of corners. Place is a bit sketchy looking. With that said, staff was ok. Rooms were clean and can’t beat the price for that location.

No elevator. I think this should be disclosed up front. I had my elderly mother and had to have her climb two flights of stairs to the room. This immediately gave me a bad impression that would linger throughout the weekend I stayed there...

Overall stay was great! I will say make sure you read your notification, hotel was great with communication! I received my text as soon as i landed for room (unit #) & code to get in (main front door & room). We landed after receptionist hours. It was nice to have right in our hotel lobby the ability to book our activities! Walking distance to everything!!! Only negative items, no elevator! No cable, but says you can use Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc but couldnt figure out how to log in through hitel so had to use my accounts (no biggie as barely in room) overall clean, comfy, w/mini fridge and working ac...i would stay again walking distance to beack and literally everything else!

We enjoy our time at that hotel, its so clean and they are helpful they let us early check in. But there is just 2 missing things AC and elevator. We stayed at miami on october but it was still super hot and the AC is not enough to keep the room cool.

Beautiful lobby and rooms in a prime location for an extremely reasonable price, super helpful and accommodating staff, and I loved the contactless check-in/out process. Seamless and efficient. Can't wait to stay again!
