Parking: There are two spaces for your unit in the front of the driveway, please park starting from the left to right.

So clean!

The house was lovely--we could smell that it had been recently cleaned when we walked in, and the linens all looked fresh and smelled great. Even often forgotten spaces (under beds, tops of windows) were spotless. There were no bugs in the house, which can often be a problem in Florida. Everything was as pictured/described. The A/C worked great--we were in an intense heat wave during my stay (temps between 92-100 daily), and the house stayed nice and cool.I did have an issue where the WiFi password sent to me at check-in was incorrect due to an automated system, but the hosts respond to all messages immediately and helped to resolve this issue.The one complaint I have is the mirror situation--one bedroom has no mirror, the other bedroom has a mirror so low that you can only see yourself from the waist down unless you sit on the floor. The bathroom mirror only shows from the waist up. There were no mirrors to get a full-body view. This detail is not worth deducting stars, because the stay was great overall, but it is something that might be worth knowing ahead of time.The neighborhood was fine--there were some noisy neighbors at night on two of the nights (weekday nights), but no major concerns. The location is convenient with grocery stores, Target, and numerous food options all within five minutes.Overall, great stay. I would definitely book here again.

This location was perfect for our stay in Miami. The property was very clean, and exactly as described in the photos. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They allowed us to check in a couple of hours early and check out an hour late. (Although I wouldn't expect that from them every time, maybe we just got lucky with our timing). The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to get to. No complaints at all

Great location and experience

I visited between Feb 14-19. David was an excellent host. Responsive, accommodating, and helpful.The place was clean and well stocked. 10 minute walk to a market and a 10 minute drive to the beach. I will be back.

Very nice place

This duplex is very clean and a nice place to stay. There is a 500 security deposit through a separate website that is not listed on the site. We had no problems though. The checkin process is sort of lengthy but you do get access to the externior cameras on the house and access to the alarm system. Overall a great place and would recommend.

Very clean and pleasant place to stay

My husband and adult son visited our UMiami student for a weekend and really liked this property. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was extremely well kept. The bathroom had plenty of towels for the 3 of us and the toiletries were nice. I always appreciate when there is a full size ironing board and hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, house was in good condition. Beds and bathroom were clean. David communicated well. Would stay again. Mattress was on hard side (personal preference) but I slept well enough for my stay. Happy with our visit in Miami.

Great place, close to coconut grove, very quiet

Was there for my daughters Vet school graduation so just wanted something close to U of M and not 200/ night. The place was immaculate, and very clean. Beads were comfortable and the kitchen was already stocked with coffee. The internet was a little tricky but we got that worked out fairly quickly. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Clean house close to the grove

We vacation here for a week to explore the Miami area. The house was clean and for the most part had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and mostly quiet and definitely within walking distance from the grove. The only downside was that there was no drawers to put clothing in. Closets are plenty big but it would be nice to be able to have a small dresser inside one of the closets. The two beds had different mattresses on them so you could choose if you preferred a softer bed or a harder bed which is nice. Post was super responsive and check in and check out were very easy.
