Mykonos Home is a chic and renovated duplex house with new appliances and comfortable space. The house is spacious and modern, ideal for family vacations. The home features a modern kitchen, with fast reliable WIFI, your own washer/dryer and free parking. Just minutes away of world famous Calle Ocho, Brickell, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove, gives you the chance of staying just in the centre of everything that Miami has to offer.

The Space:
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

This clean and comfortable home is in the heart of Little Gables. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom beautiful duplex is newly renovated. We provide free parking as well. It has living upgraded interiors with marble floors, granite kitchen counters & modern bathrooms. We have central AC, and wifi. You can walk to the world famous Calle 8, Shops, Restaurants, Clubs & Parks. You are in the center of it all when you stay in our home. This is a duplex so interaction with other guests may be possible, but it is gated between the two units for privacy.

You have access to your unit. Parking is first come first serve but there is plenty of parking. There is a washer/dryer in the home as well as a spacious backyard with a picnic style table to have sunset dinners on.

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Little Gables, this house is an amazing getaway and retreat. The home is a great space to work remotely from with a relaxing spacious backyard. In a great neighborhood walking distance to downtown Coral Gables and short drives to Brickell (16 min. drive), Downtown Miami (16 min. drive) and Miami Beach (20 min. drive). We have many great recommendations for dinner or fun outdoor activities close by that we hope to share.

Other Things to Note:
This is a residential neighborhood with a neighborhood watch program. We adhere to a zero tolerance policy - Your reservation will be cancelled without refund and property will be vacated if a disturbance is reported!


Little Gables is at the center of it all, it is a 10 minute drive from anywhere in Miami, with access to public transportation and plenty of Ubers and to top it all off, easy and free street parking.

Several blocks East and you will reach 8th street (Calle Ocho), there you will find local restaurants, bars and cabarets, a gorgeous Art Deco movie theater showing foreign and independent films, souvenir shops, fruit stands, art galleries and several live music venues including the historic Ball and Chain. Marlins Park is a $5 Uber Ride Away and I highly recommend catching a game if you have the time, it is a great experience.

If you head South to Coconut Grove you have: great restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, Viscaya or The Barnacle.

If you head East you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or hang with the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore.

The free trolley or the metro bus takes you to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.

Cozy and Charming Indeed!
The property is just as described in a great location with easy access to public transportation. We spent two days in Miami before departing on a cruise and it was an easy to Uber ride from the airport to the house. We loved exploring the Calle Ocho strip via the free trolley system. Hop on, hop off to a great adventure. Easy Uber rides to LoanDepot Park and the Port of Miami too. The house is perfect for four adults/two couples and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The outside sitting area is perfect for coffee in the morning or evening cocktails. Great communication with the hosts, who were very helpful.

It was so clean and very comfortable. The beds were excellent and I’ve not slept so good on a vacation in such a long time. The neighborhood was nice and convenient to the highways to wherever we wanted. I would definitely choose this place again whenever I’m in the area.

Our stay in Miami was unplanned so our accommodations for 4 people was important. The communication between me and Shannon’s assistant was very professional. The duplex is well furnished. Not at all overdone. We stayed for a week and had plenty of closets to spread out in. The beds were comfortable after very exhausting days. The kitchen had plenty of amenities to prepare a light breakfast, lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this location to be close to the airport, Calle Ocho, and Coral Gables. We were grateful to have stayed here!
