I mean, it does what it says on the wrapper? It’s a bed to sleep in. Don’t expect much more. The staff is great but the hotel is run down and not in the best location. It is what it is.

It is more of an apartment complex than a motel. Lots of long term staying people....doors open, Music blasting from rooms. and people throwing large amounts of trash into bins at the end of the hallways. AC units that were running dripped water which ran alng the concrete hallways (listeria-green bacteria noticed). First room we were given, the tv and phone did not work. The second room, tv worked but the next door neighbors had a party in and out of their room....lots of noice. About midnight, the cops arrived and broke up the party. I heard 2 dogs next door as well barking most of the night (a big dog and a small dog). But the worse part was that the neighbor tried to get into our room most of the night. He pounded on the front door several times during and after the party. He also tried to get on our room by the ajoining door. He pounded on the door and tried to force the door open several times and was screaming at us through the night. My husband and i did not get much sleep that night. In the morning, we asked to be moved to a third room. We slept most of our last day in Miami instead of going out and doing the fun things we had planned The front desk staff were extremely nice.

Rooms were so filthy. Housekeeper is clearly only changing the sheets, if at all. No sweeping or mopping. Front desk manager is amazing though.

Reserve 2 suite y no era lo que torment en su anuncio en la app torment que actuality el anuncio y las abitaciones por que cuando llegue a hacer el cheking era para las 3:00 y me entregaron la llave a las 4:00 pm pal colmo un mal olor a humedad las paredes con mildew y la puerta del baño rota y el WiFi Senastian lento el looby un mal olor a inodoro desbordado pero no podia cancelar la reservacion por que yard an en revolver el dinero y no tennia nada mas de dinero solo ese dinero y nada tube que pasar mis dias hay y nada mas espero que por favor actual en la app por que Otros guess se quejaro por las mamas razones y hasta por otras razones como el mal aceo y hata que los Aires no tiene filtros y las paredes llenas de manchas Negras y el peso de sis abitaciones sucio

The property look good from the outside but it was dirty on the inside. The floor in my room was dirty and there were no towels available to guest except for those that were in the room at check-in. The elevators were slow and dirty.

This motel does not offer any of the amenities advertised on its website, which was disappointing from the start. When I brought this up with the front desk, they admitted they were aware of the issue and claimed they've been trying to update the inaccurate information listed on the Expedia site. While the staff were polite and understanding about my concerns, the overall experience was subpar. After spending just one night, I decided to leave and was able to secure a full refund, which I appreciated. However, this is not a place I would recommend unless you’re in a situation where you urgently need a place to stay and have no other options. It's unfortunate that the reality of the accommodations doesn't match what’s promised online.

We cannot stress enough how uncomfortable and concerned for our safety we were at this hotel. Elevators are outdoor access with zero security, our room had a broken lock, manager is aware of multiple rooms booked with said broken locks, clientele assumes young women in the hotel are “for sale”, and there isn’t even a phone in the room. Looking for a full refund as we left almost immediately.
