This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with a full kitchen, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, and television. The sofa in the living room can be converted into another bed. The balcony offers a view of Biscayne Bay.

This unit is privately managed by Hey Miami, and it is not part of the hotel's official program. Guests must still register at the front desk before check-in and sign the condominium's rules and regulations form. The mandatory resort fee of $35 per night is not included in the price and will be charged separately by the building upon arrival. This fee covers all guests in the unit. Please note that the occupancy limit of 4 must not be exceeded. Check in time is from 4-10pm. Check ins after 11PM may have a late check in fee of $75.
