The unique interior/exterior design will make you experience the luxurious Miami LIFESTYLE.
What makes this Villa even more special is its spectacular and huge backyard. There’s a heated pool, a covered terrace (dining table, kitchen/grill), different types of outdoor furniture, a cornhole game and many spots to chill.
THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
The Space:
BEDROOMS:
1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60” Smart TV and access to a private full bathroom.
2. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 58” Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a 58” Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom.
4. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a 60” Smart TV and access to a private full bathroom.
*Living Room: 2 extra foldings beds and a couch.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Aventura is simply one of the best neighborhoods in Miami! It’s super friendly and family oriented.
If you head North you will find Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, if you head South you will encounter Miami Beach.
There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:
- No parties.
- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music.
- No smoking indoors.
Getting Around:

For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.
