It’s a nice hotel but no so happy to accommodate platinum Orbitz premium status features. Sort of blew it off and said at check in we’d have to contact Orbitz fit $35 food credit and upgrade. Didn’t receive either / that was unfortunate

An absolutely beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Service was excellent, as was everything we had at the restaurant. Lots of great eating spots at Miracle Mile, within walking distance and we felt safe walking back to the hotel after dinner. Be sure to visit the little cheesecake patisserie just outside the restaurant patio - the pistachio cheesecake was superb. Hotel is a short drive into downtown Miami & the airport. $36 daily parking was a bit steep and there is a hotel “fee” of $25/day that gives you a bike rental and a one time $10 Uber credit, (neither of which I needed$, so budget for that - it begins to add up. Aside from that, the appearance of the hotel, service and friendly staff made it a great stay.
