The property was so convenient to where I needed to be. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. The staf were friendly as well. I would definitely book again at this location.

The staff were very friendly however this property is way too far from the popular malls, and restaurants. The property is not well maintained and a lot of work is needed on the property. Not someplace I would stay again.

This property needs to be remodeled and brought up to the new standars of La Quinta. I never stayed in such poorly kept room. We had no hot water, the bathtub had mold and faucets were loose. Even the front door security lock screws were falling off. Breakfast quality was bad as well. Front desk clerk was very rude.

Staff at the front desk was great Saturday afternoon 10/26.Also when I checked out Sunday morning 10/27 very accomodiating. Housekeeping did a very good job. The room was fine and I was hoping for little more for Breakfast but I will take what I get. I was would recommend this LaQuinta for my friends who are staying Miami Lakes area.

I am extremely disappointed the first room the bathtub was filthy and had hair in it and ac didn't work, the moved us to another room and it smelled like cat pee it was awful, they moved us yet again and the room was still terrible but we just took it, the smoke alarm was not even there and room was dirty and smelled old. Not happy at all with the hotel. Also the elevator was not up to code and should be reported

Our room was clean and acceptable but my daughters had to change their room twice due to cleanliness and smell. Hotel needs a refresh. Elevator is totally not legal. No inspection update in elevator. Door not wanting to open. Doesnt have lights showing what floor you are on. We always stay in LaQuintas over the state and have never been disappointed.
