The property was nice and the staff was excellent and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. Check in and check out was smooth. They also made it easy to get a shuttle to the cruise port.

The rooms are comfortable and the parking is good. Location is very convenient. The only issue are the washrooms. We arrived at the hotel late and found out that the toilet was clugged. Luckily it was repaired the next day and stayed fine after that. The bathplace was in a tub which is always inconvenient for taking a shower.

My overall experience at the hotel was good, but there were several areas that could use improvement. Communication Challenges Firstly, I encountered difficulties when trying to contact the hotel via telephone. Instead of reaching the hotel directly, I was rerouted to an independent call centre. This made the reservation process less straightforward. Language Barrier For non-Spanish speakers, the language barrier was significant. Most staff members were not conversant in English, which made it challenging to get answers to basic questions about the hotel amenities, trolley services, and nearby dining options—information one would typically expect from a concierge. Housekeeping Issues One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the lack of housekeeping. During our five-day visit, no housekeeping services were provided at all. We ran out of essential items like towels, body wash, and hand soap. I would have expected at least two housekeeping visits during our stay to maintain basic cleanliness and comfort. Elevator Wait Times Additionally, there was an unnaturally long wait for the elevators. At times, we even questioned whether they were functioning properly. Luggage Trolley Availability Another significant disappointment was the lack of luggage trolleys. While trolleys were available, they were often out of reach, and staff could not provide information on their availability or when they might be returned. I stayed in 510 the first night but noticed there 7 cockroaches in the room so I was switched to a different room. The staff apologized and was helpful. But that was beyond disgusting. The breakfast was decent, your usual hotel breakfast. The hot tub was broken which was disappointing because that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. Decent property overall.

Quick and easy check-in. Great staff and location. Breakfast is simple could use improvement. The site states free parking which isn’t free as a sign stated price inside of the lobby. But do to the mix up, they honored the free parking for me. Would definitely stay this location again!
