This hotel had no microwave in the room or even in the lobby, so when you went to dine and brought back food there was no place for you to heat it up in. I asked the staff if i could use their microwave in the staff room and they said no. Also there are no near by restaurants around so you will have left over food. The staff was rude when you asked questions. Worst hotel i ever stayed in.

We paid a fee for an early check in. The hallway which is very narrow was obstructed by the cleaning cart which was understandable because of the 11 am time. However, when we checked out later that evening at 5:30pm the cart was still in the hallway making it very difficult to get through with 5 suitcases. Additionally, upon checking in to room 307 there was a soaked towel in front of the shower stall. We reported it to housekeeping who were in the hallway. It was removed. We later discovered why the towel was placed there. My fiancé took a shower only to realize that the ceiling above him in the bathroom was leaking. We called and notified the front desk. They were willing to reassign our room but it was not feasible since we were already getting ready to check out for our 8:30 flight that night. The staff was accommodating and the hotel was conveniently located to the airport. The complimentary airport shuttle was an added bonus.

Hotel room floor was very dirty and sticky. It seems they tried cleaning it but it remained the same. My feet were stained with dirt from the floor.

Housekeeping came in despite our "do not disturb" sign and only cleaned up bathroom. There is very limited parking - say about 25 spots - so you basically have to park out on a side street gravel area. There was mold in our bathroom tile area. I've been awaiting a call back from Catalina (manager) for a week to make things right to no avail.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well maintained. However the phone extensions in the room did not work (wakeup/front desk ext) and we waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle from the airport. Cons: Waited over an hour at the airport waiting fothe Hotel Shuttle.

The property was very nice. The room was lovely but the location is sort of off the beaten path. there’s nothing walkable no convenience stores no restaurants so the only restaurant you have is the one in the hotel. The other drawback that I found in hotel was they didn’t have any sundry items available. no toothpaste, no over-the-counter medication. Other than that everything was nice to showers was huge and, a nice large TV to watch.

floors in the room were filthy, shower only had half enclosure making it cold and wet through entire bathroom. staff didn't even acknowledge when i wanted to purchase drinks at the grab and go. so i put them back and went elsewhere.

When we arrived, everything was great. We’ve stayed back in May 2024. This time the room was unfinished. The ceiling was not completed, it was cement with writing in random areas. There was only 1 chair in the room, when it should have been 2. We were very disappointed. The only good part is the restaurant and they offer late check out for an extra fee. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again.

Average airport hotel
The photos make it look better than what it is, especially the "restaurant" which is just a bar with a few tables around it. And the "cafe" was a shelf with hardly any snacks left. Nice clean room, comfortable beds. It was quiet and I appreciated that the lobby offers complimentary coffee and water all day.
