Great value. You are less than a five minute walk from the night life of Miamiās Ocean Beach. Accommodations were clean, quiet, and freshly painted. Location gave me easy access to various excursion tours. I would book hotel again.
It's in a great area, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There was no need for a car. The only minor annoyance was the TV would not connect to the Internet so I couldn't watch anything.
While we stayed at the room, 4 times different people tried to open, the morning of the departure one person tried and opened it, fortunately I had the lock on while I was taking a bath, I do not know if the code is same for all or how somebody had the code to my room. 2 times people knocked our door when I opened they just said sorry. During the morning 5:30-6 am a group of people out of the property were making lots of noise awaking us.
Location is good if one is interested in South Beach. However South Beach area has become totally run down since we were last there and not sure i would recommend South Beach as a destination. Property is run remotely thru text messaging, website etc. We were sent numerous meaningless messages. However when there is an issue, your only recourse is to send a message. Our shower was not working so we checked out without being able to shower as only response to our message was a robo apology and thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. Not helpful! Also coffeemaker was defective, so no coffee. Overall quite disappointing and would not book there again.
Nice property. The only problem we had just the AC didnāt get any cooler than 77F, but we reported to f/d. They were about to get it fixed the next day, but we only stayed overnight, weāre ok with 77 F temperature.
I chose the hotel because it had a good rating for its location, but it is an old building with old furniture and uncomfortable beds. I stayed there for two nights and two days, but there was no cleaning service and they didn't change the sheets because it was a separate cost. There is no one at the front desk, you access the hotel lobby with a code and no one is present to assist you. There are no outside areas like a pool or a large lounge area. I absolutely do not recommend it.
The images did not match the property, this was a terrible stay for the entire team of 10. Never again

Property should consider getting parking for customers and also the noise in the property after the party hours is crazy that I couldnāt sleep for 2 days but the staff was very nice in the property
When you see a photo of a hotel room with a tv you assume you will get a broadcast signal. Not here; you can stream on the Roku with your own service. Similarly, you may assume the shower will have hot water. Not here; super hot sink water and shower never gets warm. The tech access was easy, but seemed like there was no visible staff because they were not going to make things right for the guest who wants tv and hot water. Wow, not for me.
