Nobody at front desk no one to help if you have any problems parking lot next-door very loud at night with drunks and drug users. Do not recommend this hotel.
The fact you need a code to enter and there’s no one on any front desk to help is scary. Then i get to the room and television doesn’t work after finding the customer service number I’m told that the staff has already gone for the day. Poor Customer Service. Never Again
A true 5 star stay. from the beginning to the end it was great. It was easy to follow the steps to get into our room and the room was clean and well equipped. Perfect location near the beach. Good price and value.
I never write a review but this place was awful.
we arrived to gentleman screaming on the phone he was staying at the hotel his bags in the room and he wasn't allowed in the front of the hotel. we saw this same man very frustrated throughout our stay.
Everyone who showed up at the hotel seemed to have the same what do I do attitude it isn't fun when you arrive.
Lobby is empty and crewpy some old furniture there is no water not even in the room you can walk a few blocks to the Walgreens.
The rooms is a whole other store bed is like cardboard. There is no room cleaning tor the 3 days we stayed there and of course there is no on to even ask for new towels.
Literally the hotel is a ghost town except for other angry guests asking each other for help.
We travel all the time and it was the worst hotel weve ever stayed at.

It was a very nice experience. Everything is virtual, so you get the codes for entrance to the room by text. But throughout my stay i would receive texts asking how everything was. The room was clean and nice. And it was only one block to the beach.
My room wasn’t ready but I did receive a text message. I was extremely tired and I had to wait. The staff was excellent except for the young guy who was at the front desk area.

Quiet well run. Bathroom needs upgrade. TV Internet confusing.
It is a really nice place to stay in Miami Beach super clean and the staff super helpful plus you have everything walking distance and the italian restaurant downstairs one of the best definitely im booking this hotel next time i come to miami.

Great location. Parking can be difficult and expensive. No hotel staff. Walls are thin. Layout could use an update. Ac vent leaked pretty badly the first night and we had to use most of the towels. Which they fixed right away and provided new towels. I mistakenly left my Beats Studio Pro. They sent me a picture of the item and mailed within a couple of weeks.
