This is a great hotel for business travel with helpful staff, a great on-site restaurant and bar and walking distance to the restaurants and public transport. The staff is excellent.

Id go somewhere else.
The day we checked in they were supposed to call us when the room was ready and never did. Didn't care enough to. The pictures of the room Also had a balcony and no balcony when we got there. The cafe downstairs was very subpar and the juice was bad. Was not great. The bed was fine but the shower was slow to heat up and not great pressure.

Good service from all the hotel staff. The valet parking was wonderful, the reception was very friendly and pleasant. The elevator was wonderful. The room was perfect. The only thing I found that was not right was that the computer or ergonomic chair was almost destroyed. I had to put it back together because it fell apart while trying to adjust the controls, which only had one. I had hard time with it. I hope they get the budget to update this piece of furniture. Room 1312.

Housekeeping Issues
When we arrived the room looked clean but the bathroom shower had hair in it. We asked for housekeeping to clean it but no one came. The next day we had to use the shower so we obviously didn’t have time for housekeeping to come. We did ask for housekeeping but were told we had to call again closer to the time we would leave the room. However by the time we were rushing out our stuff was not securely put away so we didn’t feel comfortable allowing housekeeping in. Another thing was there was only 1 toilet paper roll for a room registered for 4 guests. Also not enough towels. Finally, the rooms were extremely dimly lit. There was one lamp in the whole suite. The good thing was that the room was very large and spacious, and modern decor.

Nice location to shopping and dining. The only con is paying for parking at a high rate either street parking or hotel. Other than that beautiful hotel and everyone I came in contact with was kind and welcoming. Will definitely come back this is my second time staying here.

Waited over 45 minutes to checkin, left the property came back hours later and the room was barely ready. Floor was dirty in my bathroom, and fridge wasn’t clean had an odor. Overall it was ok but for the amount of money spent certain things shouldn’t be a worry.
