The service is very good, but the cleaning of room needs some improvement particularly the bathroom. Bed mattress is not straight, is too old. Location is good, various restaurants are very close to the hotel.

I really found this property to be very good. I took off a star because I didn’t find the free breakfast that good. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and I think they come from a carton. Beds were AWESOME, as were the staff.

My daughters, my mom and i stayed here for 4 days and we loved it. The rooms were clean and well laid out, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good but repetitive. The view of the lagoon from the lobby was beautiful and serene and always put a smile on my face. The staff was polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

Our flight was delayed for a couple of hours, pushing us late getting in. Didn’t think we would make it in time to get shuttle to hotel. Called and shuttle was there in short time, very pleasant and friendly driver. Front desk was just as pleasant and helpful. Breakfast staff were rude, started removing food and cleaning before some people were able to fix plates even though they were in line well before 9:00, and there was still plenty of food in pans. No cups at juice containers, when asked for some I was brushed off.

Waterfront and near airport. Facility is super clean and the room has kichen, living room, and one bedroom. Everything is clean. Staff is nice and there's also a free breakfast and it is great. The only thing is we waited to be check in because we are early but the other Hilton hotel checked us in early Double Tree by Hilton as well since I am a member, Homewood did not do tha. Overall super happy when I sw the room.

The property was just what this family of travelers needed. A clean comfortable environment with pleasant and willing to assist staff without the hassle. From the airport with the shuttle and back it was great overall. Room AC went down and we were immediately transferred to another without fuss. Thanks Homewood for a great stay.

We only overnighted there. Checked in late and left on the first shuttle in the morning. I did not realize the shuttles only ran between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. so we did have to pay a taxi there and although it is only a short distance the charge was $25! So it may be my fault about the shuttle as I chose this hotel so we could shuttle to the hotel late. Just be aware of this is you are arriving on a late flight.

Clean/updated rooms and fresh hot breakfast
Room was very clean and very nice. Always have been pleased at this hotel and never have any issue. The breakfast was nice, fresh, and hot. It appeared the rooms have been updated since our last stay couple years ago. The only thing that caught us off guard was us having to pay for parking. Last time we stayed here, parking was still free.
