Robyn’s 60th family vacation
all the staff was so friendly and nice. A front desk lady spent a lot of time with us telling us about the area and good places to take the kids.(I wish I could remember her name). Millcent I think that’s how you spell her name, but not sure my nephew went down to find out lol anyway she was by far the shining star of your hotel. She was so nice and kind to us helped us with breakfast every single morning. And she always had a beautiful smile on her face, she was so welcoming.

The Cayman Islands Men's Football (Soccer) Team enjoyed the stay (16-Nov-2024) and we are considering this property as our first choice, it is close to MIA Airport, the shuttle service (Jose and Erika are AMAZING!), front desk staff is helpfull and also amazing, everything else was great. Our players also enjoyed the complimentary and excellent breakfast.

This place was perfect for our 1 night needs before our cruise. Very clean, room was huge and staff was excellent! So nice. If we are ever in need of staying longer in Miami this would be the place.

My room was dated, but comfortable. No room service at the property, unless the ability to order pizza to your room counts. The most disappointing aspect of my stay is that I accidentally left a souvenir in my room (3 am departure for an early flight). I called the hotel as soon as I discovered it was missing from my luggage, but they insisted that it was not to be found.

Simply good, spacious and clean rooms, with a friendly staff that will go beyond to make your stay worth a while... Parking fees however can be more reasonable for guests staying or can be included in the rate. Being on vacation, you don't want to be reminded to pay for parking. Overall a 5/5 hotel to stay at with more people...
