Dirty dirty dirty , mold in shower . Carpets filthy with burn holes . Not cleaned at all . Smashed stuff on carpets clearly not vacuumed .. crayons smashed in carpet stinks like mold . Had to ask someone to ride in elevator with me because random men in lobby just hanging out .

The room wasnt ready when we arrived. When the room was ready the floor was wet and the soap was empty. I paid for breakfast every morning, but was not on the breakfast list. When house keeping came in the room to replace the towels, the door was left open

Hotel was just ok. Room had mold and water damage, tub and shower need refinished it’s horrible, room was hot even with the air on 60, and sliding glass door for the balcony didn’t seal shut. Staff was wonderful but make sure you speak Spanish because they are limited on their English.

I did call three times to have a guests name added so there would be no question when she arrived before me to check in around midnight. They still had to call and verify. Which is what I was trying to avoid at midnight.
