I found long black hair on my towels. I have a server leg wound and it really concerns me for a possible infection. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The reason I picked the Hilton. Was I read you had the cleanse facility. I hope this does help.

Definitely recommend!
Clean, love the scent they use, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast options (although I wish it was a little less- $17/per). We had evacuated for the hurricane hitting our side of the state and was very grateful we stayed here. Kids enjoyed being near the airport and watching the planes arrive and depart. Definitely recommend!!

I got here early. Was put on a wait list for a room. I was the first person on the list. One of the managers is very rude. He cleared the lobby, ppl that came in from the street were seen right away he made me wait 2.5 hrs for a room. I was the last person to be offered a room.

Service on my room wasn’t completed until late in the day. We would return roughly around 3:30 pm and service would just be beginning. We had to sit in the lobby or walk around until she finished. Not ideal. Everything else was great.

The staff was polite, pleasant and extremely helpful at the desk. The building smelled delightful and clean. They were prompt to help. The only discrepancy we had is the kitchen staff wasn't all on the same page, we paid the extra rate to include breakfast and dinner in out stay but ended up getting charged $17 a person(there are 3 of us) for breakfast one of the mornings, when we questioned the staff she just repeated it got billed to the room, when it should not have due to paying the additional rate, and did not realize until check out. Otherwise it could not have been a better stay! Keep up the great work!

Horrible hotel to stay
Most horrible hotel I booked yet. Hidden fees and you got to pay for parking. I don’t get why I got to pay and my wife has to also pay for the room I already paid and booked for.. this place is just taking tourists money!
