I like to find unique places to stay and this fit the bill! The garden patio was beautiful! The rooms were as pictured~ clean with comfy bed! Check in staff was helpful and prompt. Parking was a breeze with 2 lots available. Only negative~while it says breakfast closes at 10am., be warned they start removing food at 9:30! I did ask for waffle mix and milk and the staff did bring it back since it was well before 10am.

Property was ok, very practical, unfortunately no small fridge in the room. It kind of gets noisy late at night but that’s the other guests making noise at that time of night. But for someone like me, a foreigner, it wasn’t as easy to get the extra money I paid back because they have a really strict money back policy. So, I’d suggest for people who use this hotel to be careful with their credit/debit card. If you have a refund, your card better be open. And they don’t reply to emails for some reason, but the staff and reception were great, very helpful. Management, needs to figure a way out to calm their money return policy.

The hotel was disappointing. The bathrooms were extremely small and uncomfortable, the rooms were noisy, and the overall stay lacked comfort. To make matters worse, the breakfast was the same every day and often served cold. Would not recommend.

The property was affordable compared to neighboring hotels. The price reflects the property condition. The rooms were renovated, with laminate flooring and fresh paint. The furniture was in good shape. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean, but there was no top sheet under the comforter. We remade the bed to place the flat sheet under the comforter, rather than on top, as we did not know if comforters are washed between guests. The air conditioner worked. The biggest drawback was the bathroom. It was tiny and showed its age. The towel shelf was sagging, the shower stall leaked out onto the floor, the showerhead dripped all night, the tiny pedestal sink was functional for hand washing only, there was nowhere to hang wet towels, and the paint was peeling off the door frame and hinges (yes, they painted the hinges). The closet door would not close. Breakfast was about what you would expect, but served in a tiny room that was very impractical. There were about four tables and very limited space to access the breakfast bar. There were often 8 to 10 people attempting to get coffee, waffles, bagels, etc. in a 15 foot wide space. The coffee was not drinkable, even when diluted with hot water. Everything else was fine. The best thing about this hotel was the lovely courtyard in the back. It was completely unexpected but a beautiful place to have breakfast or a drink. There are a few restaurants nearby, and a convenience store from which to obtain drinkable coffee.
