Worst stay ever!
My hotel experience was terrible! There was mold embedded in all of the A/C units, and they also booked someone else in my room while I was out for the day! They refused to give me my room back even though I still had my items in there. Now I am missing several items such as my galaxy airbuds, one headphone, and my Gatorades. Those are the few things that I can think of off the top of my head. When they finally moved me to another room the toilet had pee all over it and the tissue in the kleenex box was USED! The walls are thin. The door was extremely hard to open, and it was evident that room had not been cleaned. I went to the front to request another room and I was told I had to wait because there was a long line, eventually they put me in another room that had tissue in the toilet and the kleenex was shoved in the box. All 3 rooms had freezing cold water when trying to shower. This hotel houses people in unlivable conditions and they refused to refund me for my stay even though I had MANY complications. After much negotiating I did get refunded for ONE NIGHT. When I called again about it I was told that she was the "general manger" and she decides what gets refunded. This general manger was very rude and had no desire to help me find my items and she hung up in my face. I did not get to speak with her before I checked out because I was running late to my appointment because after the night I had dealing with all of that I was exhausted. I do have video evidence of this!
