This hotel is good for a short stay. The place is a bit run down and not the cleanest but it served its purpose for us since we were only in Miami for one night. The staff was friendly, but they need to be trained in knowing how to interact with guests. The area is not the best area either but if you only need a place to sleep for 1 or 2 days, this place is okay

Floors were dirty. Had problems with the TV it was all messed up it was all static notified front desk and they sent someone and they said yup it's messed up and would have to wait until the next day. Thought that maybe a cable came loose.I let them know again the next day and again they sent someone over . They moved the table to get a look at things that is when I noticed the outlet was partially melted. I pointed it out and they said no worries and still didnt fix it. Probably will not go back again

1- shuttle only runs once an hour 2- staff at hotel don’t inform you of this, are curt and annoyed by questions 3- miami airport taxi/Uber system unorganized and upcharged for taxi 4- gps does not locate property 5- room is out in an alley dark late at night. I have to persist to get security to walk me 6- room was clean except the toilet filled with TP and urine 7- felt unsafe 8- wifi does not work 9- telephone does not work 10- dude Nextdoor moaning all night having s##x Wyndham should be embarrassed

Noisy had to call several time to report loud music, fights, police presence more than two nights. Was very sad I didn’t move to another hotel due to I just had surgery and was recovering and was inconvenienced to move all my belongings with the recovery

Dated and dirty rooms, no mini fridge. Housekeeping staff yelling at each other in the hallway. No hot water for the 2 nights I was there. Room smelt like bleach. Front office staff were nice. Just not a good property or stay.

The property is conveniently located near to the airport but nothing else besides that. The satff was very helpful and friendly. But the condition of the hotel was nt the best. We were placed in a room where the lights constantly flickered in the bathroom. There was no cable in room and for what came through was very unclear. It was very veryyyÿ noisy. They definitely need an upgarde to sound proof the property and just the basic maintenance needs to be addressed.

Just one night as we were flying out the next day. We'll stay here again. The onsite Subway saved us the hassle of deciding from whom we should order dinner - don't usually use Subway for dinner but this was soo convenient.
