Hotel it self is nice, clean, pleasant staff, close to airport and highways. The only thing I have a complaint on is the daily room service, apparently they recently changed their policy and only service your room every other day. We have stayed at this particular hotel numerous times and we had never experienced this, if fact we had stayed at this hotel in September and had no issues.

Very poor HVAC. My room was frozen all the time despite the temperature “showing” 82F on the thermostat. Parts of the building definitely showing its age.

Checked in Tuesday October 8th around 5 pm. Was greeted by a younger African American woman with blonde braids. She was amazing ! Multitasking while be incredibly friendly and helpful. Really wish I would have got her name to give full compliments to management. Clean stay and really nothing to complain about.
