A bit disappointed
We got one of the worst rooms upon check-in....#115 next to the pool when they had a better room where we eventually moved, #415. The room is dark brown and pretty depressing. The curtains are weird and don't shut the light out completely as there are gaps in them, even when using the outer most one. The carpet was dirty: my toddler son was playing on it and when he stood up, there were large dirt patches on the knee area of his pants. The breakfast needs updating.

Bed sheets , pillows were so dirty , looks like they didn’t change the bed sheet after the customer checked out . Some lights didn’t work in the room. Bad smell was from the AC unit made the whole room smelled so terrible.

The property itself was very good but I chose this property for the advertised amenities. The main thing being the free airport shuttle and cruise terminal shuttle. We called from the airport for the shuttle as instructed and was told where to wait. We waited 25 minutes and the shuttle stopped and told us they were full (a small 10-15 passenger van) We continued to wait for another 30 minutes and ended up getting a Uber. (This was 10pm and we had an exhausted 2 yr old). Once at the hotel another wait to check in and was told that all shuttles were full for the next day until after 1pm. (2 hours after checkout) so again we had to pay for a Uber. A hotel this size should have a larger or additional shuttle and more than one person working at the check in counter.

We only stayed the night due to a layover but we had free airport shuttle service to and from the airport, a nice continental breakfast and a really nice spacious room. Wished we could have stayed longer and explored the area.
