There is NO daily room cleaning service with this motel! staffs are not nice except the manage Alexis. The other front desk ladies are terrible. Room has smell, the stopper in toilet sink was broken, shower water was slow flow. NOT happy at all.

The start was ok. When we got back to our room at night we realized there was no parking anywhere- not even a curb available. I asked the white guy at the front desk what to do and his response was “well I can’t make parking spots appear so you guys just have to figure it out” that is such an unprofessional response. Then in the morning while I’m laying in the bed around 8 or 9am one of the employees just walks into my room, sees me there and walks out. Does the hotel not keep track when their guests check out- mind you check out is at 11am… super weird. What if I was changing?

Likes: The place was quiet, the room was clean (but the elevator was not) & spacious, good choices on the TV(direct tv) and for breakfast. Dislikes: 1) The Wi-Fi signal (in rm 211) was weak to non existent resulting in slow and spotty internet. 2) the shower hose was leaking so badly that it affected the flow from the shower head 3) There was no sign on the wall mounted thermostat indicating it did not work. Fortunately I discovered the one on the unit itself was working 4) I was told to come down for the airport shuttle early as it was first come first served basis. I was first on (there were 2 people already on when it arrived) from this hotel at 8am. After it filled up the driver asked who were on without luggage and since I had carry-on only he put me out! (no reason given. Fortunately a young lady gave up her seat for me and I was able to reboard the shuttle).

The floor of the room was nasty and dirty. The sheet has not been changed from the previous night when we arrived. I called them to request to change where they offered me to come to downstairs to pick up new sheets and apologized for the service. Not recommended and will be requesting the refund!

Property knew we had a party of 4 but roll away couch was not made up??? Had to call for extra pillows and towels and wash cloths…again, knew we had 4 checking in. Breakfast was good and they offered a free shuttle to port.

Very good stay - Miami Port Transportation
I booked a stay here since they provided shuttle bus service to the Miami Port for cruises. We arrived early since our flight landed at about 9am. We were able to drop off our bags but the room wasn't ready. After going to get breakfast and driving around Miami, we went back and checked in. The room was a good size and clean. The hotel also provided breakfast which was great as well. The hotel staff was friendly and we didn't encounter any issues. I really appreciate the added amenities - breakfast, port shuttle transportation, and free parking.

I booked this hotel because of the free shuttle to and from the airport. This was not true! The hotel miscommunicate this on the phone with me and it was not clear on the website. Free shuttle is only for people coming from Miami Airport before 11pm. It does not have free shuttle TO the Miami Airport, To Fort Lauderdale Airport, AND it is NOT Free TO or BACK from Port of Miami.
