We stayed at this hotel previously, when our flight from Uk to Miami was delayed over 3 hrs. It was an easy drive from the airport. To make things easier m, the hotel has an airport shuttl service. So from door to door it was less than 30 min. As a brief stop over the hotel is excellent, but can’t say as a full 1 or 2 week holiday/ vacation.

Beautiful huge lobby with no services is strange and inconvenient. We were hungry and tired and would have spent some money in that lovely lounge for some food and a cocktail. The facility is nice looking. We had someone else’s false eyelashes in bed and on the nightstand so that was gross.

My husband and I stayed here on our anniversary trip for 2 nights in August after returning to Miami from our Cruise. They upgraded our king room to a suite and let us check in a couple hours early at no extra charge. The bed was the most comfortable and our room was cleaned to perfection. The pool was relaxing as well. We were able to walk to a couple very good nearby restaurants.(The sidewalks were very close to the road and traffic was very busy. It's also not well lit in all areas at night so I wouldn't walk alone and if I had had my young child with me I would have used a stroller or carrier.) We were also able to walk to the public transit bus stop which we took to Miami Beach. They had a shuttle that made getting to the airport on departure day easy!

Liked the free airport and cruise port shuttles. It's a bit chaotic at the airport but it is Miami. Hotel is clean and seems safe enough, the area around the hotel not so much. Not much in the way of dining nearby. Was charged a safe fee. Included breakfast was okay. Would stay here again for the free transportation.

We were sent an email after a 10 hour flight within minutes of landing in Miami airport asking us to call for the airport shuttle to hotel. This would have been to expensive due to international call changes. Reception denied this rudely despite us showing them THEIR message.NO BAR or food service, you have to walk 3 blocks in a “shady” area. Some of the hotel guests look like they live there long term. Hotel is more of a hostel, it is however very clean. Sports bar when found was the only good thing to say about this stay. AVOID and pay extra for somewhere better.
