I chose this location because od the ahuttle from the airport (easy and seemless) and to the cruise port. However, when I arrived and tried to arrange transport to the port, iI was told only 8 am was ledt. I could not arrange it early and it was first come, first booked. Very poor planning. That needs to be told ahead of time. Seemed like false promises

Very basic option good only for a night in or out of the airport. Shuttle bus took forever to come for us at the airport…. nearly 45 min …in that time we saw at least 3-4 repeated buses passing by for all other hotels !

Shuttle from airport to hotel was inconvenient as it wasn't running frequently we waited over 45 minutes for it, we called the hotel and the answer we got was you need to wait. The remainder of our experience was OK, the beds were comfortable and the room had a good size, however the breakfast was a little disappointing. Wouldn't stay here again.

Front desk was helpful and welcoming. Airport transfer service is at par but stops at midnight. We reached at 11:30 pm and was waiting for shuttle. Had to call many times before shuttle arrived. Breakfast options are a HORRIBLE. I staff eat what they serve. Lumpy muffin… salty sausage… chewy eggs, some bananas and oranges. Waffle maker was the savior. Food in the fridge is pricey. Coffee is ok. DO NOT AVAIL THE SHIP PORT TRANSFER FROM HOTEL. We wanted to avail the free drop service to ship. The shuttle came so late that we decided to go by Uber. We also availed paid shuttle from ship port to airport. We were party of 12. We paid at the hotel in advance. Bus was sent for 10. The wait time at the port was long. The shuttle arrived about an hour late. The contact number 786-306-1316 was hardly available and the person did not understand simple English. Poor communication, poor service, poor experience. I would recommend the hotel for cleanliness and parking availability. An overnight stay - good. Enjoy and make memories - Good Luck

This property is very close to the airport. The best part is that it offers free transportation to/from airport and to the port of Miami. Breakfast was your basic egg,sausage, waffle, cereal, but it’s enough to get you through the morning. Rooms were very clean amd beds are comfy.
