Very stylish unique hotel. Well maintained. CLEAN!!! Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and beach. Although beach is longer walk. Wear comfortable shoes. Staff was very polite and welcoming. If ever in Miami again, I would definitely stay again. Oh, loved the rooftop heated pool.

Modern, appointed brand new hotel with cutting-edge technology, comfortable rooms that encourage you to spend time outside during the day and provide comfort and safety at night, clean facilities, art deco lounge, meeting rooms and bar on the second floor, a rooftop pool and bar, and located near the heart of Miami Beach. Best bang for the buck in Miami Beach!

Excellent location! Staff very friendly! Clean! The rooms are very tiny, which is ok with me. Just letting people know because you can't tell from the photos. Everything in the room is run off an iPad, so it's difficult to regulate the temperature. You can't set it at a specific temperature. The beds are very large, which can probably sleep 3 people. The down comforter and pillows are super nice but there's no flat sheet. Given it's difficult to regulate the temperature I found myself getting too warm even though I had it set to the coolest setting. It would have been nice to be able to kick off the comforter and cover up with a sheet.

This was a wonderful, clean and modern option with great amenities. The location is a ten minute walk from the beach but it is a nice walk. Great dining and shopping options are adjacent. The staff was great! Would stay here again.
