Staff member who checked me in on 11/6 at 2pm was not helpful. Arrived at 12pm to attempt early check in, no rooms, decided to wait in lobby. At 2pm staff member appeared to prioritize checking in other people prior to me, despite waiting since 12pm. Allowed 2 others to check in before me.

The property was very clean, and staff was amazing and super helpful especially Kateja (hope I spelled it right). The hotel is also in a perfect location close to the beach, shopping centers, lots of restaurants and even a movie theater all in walking distance. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

Very nice, modern hotel, friendly staff but rooms are very small. 2 night stay was about 500. If you are traveling alone, it’s a good option as the WiFi is excellent & the bed was very comfortable

Great space
We picked this hotel mainly for value - price was great and hotel looked modern online. We knew the room would be on the smaller side but were pleasantly surprised at how well the layout was. We were there for three nights - bed was very comfortable and there was enough room for us to hang up some clothes and store things in the drawers etc. The hotel’s public spaces were great for lounging so you don’t have to spend time in the room if you wanted to relax - pool area was great and the lounge on second floor is open 24/7. Also walking distance to Lincoln Road mall.

I am a Tech, and I am surprised by the level of ioTs integrations they have in the room. Everything was controlled with a Tablet, I even set up my alarm and the entire room woke me up. The bed was comfy and the number of pillows was just perfect.
