Mecca, Antonio, Sebastian all are wonderful hosts. They all went above and beyond to make sure myself and my guest were satisfied and had the best stay experience. I love the fact that the hotel is fairly brand new. The decor is amazing and vibrant. The location was safe and again the hospitality received from the hotel staff is top tier. I will definitely by staying again and will recommend this location to anyone.

Wonderful Stay
My stay was amazing! I will highly recommend this hotel to my peers. Since my flight was cancelled the day of my check in, the hotel worked with me and accommodated my stay. They allowed me to check in the next day and offered me snacks and drinks in my room for the inconveniences. The staff made the hotel feel like home. The food was good. I love the beautiful art pieces throughout the hotel. The room was unique. I love how the room is technology based. I will definitely be back to this hotel the next time i’m in Miami.

This hotel is bursting with bright colors and the decor is gorgeous. You instantly feel energetic as soon as you walk in. The rooms are very small, definitely perfect for couples in love, they are high tech, cozy and clean. Who wants to stay cooped up in a room anyway! I absolutely loved it.

The Staff was kind, but that did not make up for a fact , that whole stay was just bad - key cards didn’t work, room was not getting cleaned , automatic check in was not user friendly , air conditioning did not work - manager not found!!!!!!! All the staff members were extremely nice , and I understand that it’s a new property with lots of hurdles to conquer , yet that should not affect my stay!
